So are you upset that they don't pay more? Or that men don't have a room of their own? Or that women do have a room? What exactly is the resolution here? There's a demand for this room for women, but not men. Why are you bothered? I legitimately don't understand. It's not discrimination of you can't tell me why it's happening.

Why do you think there was a perceived need for a workout area only for women?

Because we have laws against discriminating on the basis of race, not crude behavior.

I buy that. So the problem is that Gold's Gym should address the complaints and implement a No Gawking rule? But what if women are hesitant to complain?

I'm definitely saying we should segregate or disallow anyone who continuously makes others uncomfortable by sexualizing others at an inappropriate time. If a 40 year old went to a high school sports event and was constantly checking out students, to the point complaints were made, wouldn't they be asked to leave?

Then maybe we should understand before we condemn?

So the question is why there isn't a demand for it to match the demand for a women's room. You can search for it, but did you call and tell them you wanted it?

Who hasn't

Did you make it known that you wanted a men's only room when shopping around?

Why wouldn't it be legal? It's a private business that's meeting a demand. Have you ever formally requested a workout room without women?

What's your suggestion? Demand they close down this room? Make a Guys Only room?

Why only homophobes? Why should I be expected to put up with attention and gawking while trying to exercise?

It's about being comfortable. Would men complain if a gay group of guys were constantly checking them out?

If I was a woman, I'd love to have a place to workout without constantly being checked out in the mirror by guys.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
