Here's how i think it should go: if she/he can provide evidence that a rape did occur, whereabouts, scratch marks, any signs of a struggle, etc, then she/he did get raped, and the perpetrator gets prison time. If there is lack of evidence, and the alleged rapist has evidence that they were not where the supposed rape happened, when it happened, then the accused goes free, and every one involved walks away.
