Is it a bad move to only make moves on women who have shown indicators of interest? I don't mean waiting for every girl to ask you out, I just mean only asking out girls who have at least shown some signs of interest in you. Sure, your range of potential partners would go down, but how successful are cold approaches anyway? And this may seem like an obvious question but I feel like there are a lot of guys who just ask out women who barely know them.

Not letting oneself be vulnerable in expressing and exhibiting a need to be around these friends of mine Could you give an example of what this would actually look like? Having a hard time picturing it

I was exaggerating with the 99% stat, but I feel like in general, significantly more men are into this sort of thing than women are. I hope I'm wrong though.

People say a guy who can take rejection well is attractive, but I'm confused by the practicality of this. Do women actually become interested in a guy when they see him take rejection gracefully? Is the woman who rejects the man changing her mind after she sees him take it well? I'm not saying guys shouldn't take rejection well, I just don't understand why it's said so often that it makes a man attractive.

What makes a person boring? People say it's due to a lack of hobbies but I'm not sure if that's actually true, it seems like it's about how you present yourself in conversation.

What can a man do to increase his physical attractiveness besides lifting?

Let's say you have two men who are completely identical in every way, except for their height. They have the same features, BMI, face, everything is the same, only 1 is 5'8 and the other is 6'4. How much of an advantage does the taller guy have? If the shorter guy was a 5/10 what would the taller guy be on that scale?

Can people tell when someone is faking confidence? I'm not talking about the absurd exaggerated kind, just the quiet, self-assured type.

Skimming through "No More Mr. Nice Guy" and it seems like pretty good advice so far, but I'm not sure if I agreed with this: Nice Guys constantly report that their own moods are often tied to the moods of their partner. If she is happy and doing OK, so is he. If she is angry, depressed, or stressed, he will feel anxious until she is fixed. This connection runs so deep that many Nice Guys have told me that they feel guilty if they are in a good mood when their partner is not. Is there anything ac…

Did you mainly meet girls outside your major? What was the gender split like?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 02:46 AM

Thoughts on this: Men often conform to an ideal of masculinity that we don’t like because the consequences of non-conforming can be serious. A minority of men act as “enforcers” to punish and ostracize men who are seen as deviant. This is ironic, because the men who are labeled as “deviant” are probably the majority with the enforcers and exponents of “real” masculinity in the minority. Fear of being ostracized leads men to hide their discomfort in order to fit in with and be accepted by other m…

Can the small things like having a good skincare routine, grooming, actually help a slightly above average looking guy improve his attractiveness? I plan to start doing a skincare routine regardless but I'm just wondering if this stuff actually matters

If you feel so abused by women you better start a shelter for abused men... I'd love to see an altruistic man do that Maybe if those altruistic men weren't ostracized and bullied into suicide we would see more of them.
