1	How do you do any of what is needed to get a date when you have social anxiety? Mmk. Well ask your doctor for 10mg propranolol. Then take 2 as needed. It calms the flight or fight response. It's the only thing that's helped me. You'll feel calm and relaxed but still clear headed. Its not addictive and super safe with hardly any side effects. Good luck.	/r/askTRP	29/04/19 01:34 AM
