it literally doesn't matter what you say; it matters what your underlying emotional state is when you say it. You could say the most clever line ever but if you're feeling awkward or shy when you say it, they'll pick up on it. On the flip side, you could say the dumbest joke ever but if you're chill and confident people will very often react positively. Stop trying to figure out the right thing to say and start trying to be comfortable failing. If you can develop the confidence of someone who's …

It encourages the worst ideas of seduction: women are incapable of expressing or knowing what they want men need to push past resistance or conquer a woman sometimes it's fine or necessary to ignore a 'no' imagine you're back at your place with a date and she tells you she doesn't want to have sex. if you subscribe to the three tenets above, how do you interpret it? "she probably wants it but is just shy" "I bet if we get started she'll get in the mood" "She's just playing hard to get so she doe…

she backs off and says: I don't want to kiss you. How would you take that? Well, 99.99999% of men would think she was saying she NEVER wanted to kiss them, but that's not the case. What she was actually saying was: I don't want to kiss you NOW. this is unbelievably creepy. some of y'all actually need to learn what consent is edit: every downvote is someone who will inspire a future law & order SVU episode

women should be treated like human beings, not objects to be manipulated
/r/seduction22/09/25 03:32 AM

My guess is women can sense the entire routine is performative. Instead of getting to know them and connecting with their emotions and stories, you're performing an elaborate charade that's garnered mind numbingly bad results. Throw out your safety blanket, learn to engage with people's unique humanity while sharing your own, and for the love of God stop using chat gpt; LLMs are just a mirror and will reinforce whatever framing you present to them.

this is insane dude. You need to wait at least a decade before expressing an emotion in front of a woman
/r/seduction04/09/25 02:05 AM

You should never express any emotion to women. I made the mistake of smiling in front of my girl and she fucked my best friend the next day. Never again

tbh it's pretty important to maintain compassion for yourself; dating is hard, especially coming out of a relationship. Shaming yourself or being angry is destructive and doesn't even help you change things

Go out, talk to people, fail miserably, get better over time, keep failing, get more confidence, become comfortable with failure, experience more success.

bro why are you trying to pull back people who have signaled their disinterest? Trying to make someone 'apologize' or 'reconsider' sounds incredibly needy unless they're the ones initiating it.

OP is engaged in the basically the same behavior as the women; sleeping around and not committing. What makes it low value when the women do it, but acceptable or high value when a man does it?

my best advice is to reframe your goal from being interesting or liked to instead 'polarizing people'. Polarizing just means presenting yourself in such a way that people are likely to make a quick decision on whether they like you or not. It's making statements or jokes that some people might not like, pushing back on something she says, not laughing at all her jokes etc. It risks alienating people but it also creates a great connection when they like what you're putting out there. And most imp…

So true king. I don't even use words to communicate with women anymore, just guttural noises like our ancestors. It's foolproof, and even allows individuals who can't form coherent thoughts like yourself to have success!

the game you run with a Spanish girl, might not work as well with an Eastern European girl this sounds like a great way to form vapid connections that rarely involve who you actually are as a person
/r/seduction12/04/23 10:34 PM

Compatibility has ZERO to do with common interests so true king. the people who enjoy volunteering with a socialist political group are going to be just as compatible with the people at a monster truck rally, lol
/r/seduction12/04/23 10:29 PM

no, you have to do things that make you attractive, like updating your wardrobe, going to the gym, and going to hobby groups.
/r/seduction12/04/23 10:26 PM
51

a lot of guys' hobbies are male dominated and the few girls who attend are taken..... it's fine if that's the case. meeting women in these spaces should be a nice side effect, not the sole reason you're there. it should be something you enjoy and are interested in regardless of whether the women are "taken" or not, otherwise you'll give off weird vibes. besides, you're there to play the long game. become a leader in your community. develop social proof amongst your peers. the girls there might e…

The societal impact isn't limited only to deaths. Also just incredible argumentation to go from "sugar kills" to "look at these obesity statistics", as if sugar consumption and obesity-related illnesses are interchangeable. Please stay off the debate team. I'm not even saying "sugar" (I think you actually mean refined carbohydrates) is good, but on a global scale, one of these is having a much greater impact than the other.
/r/seduction31/10/22 05:52 PM

bro if you really think sugar is more harmful than alcohol, a literal fucking poison, I don't know what to tell you. read any study on alcohol, read the wikipedia page on alcohol, read anything. alcohol is consumed by billions of people everyday and is way more toxic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkS1pkKpILY&t=312s

a lot of nice supportive comments (and a lot of toxic ones). I'll echo the people that say it's normal to miss your ex; I'm almost a year into a very serious break-up and I think about it probably every day still. that doesn't mean I don't live my life; it doesn't mean I think my ex and I should get back together. it simply means i care about my ex and might always love her in some shape or form, even if we don't get back together, even if she doesn't feel the same way. I also think things like …

this is correct. another commenter before me mentioned polarizing which is key. basically you are presenting yourself and your interest unfiltered and the person is kind of compelled to decide whether they're into it or not. You could say things like: We should go out on a date sometime I think you're sexy I want to kiss you It's super difficult to be neutral on statements like this; the person is typically either feeling it or not. ya this is the wrong way to go about it. firstly it's impossible for anyone to say the 'perfect thing' every time, secondly it's fucking exhausting racking your brain like that, third it comes off as fake. just say what you're authentically feeling/thinking. conversations (and dates in general) are less about the words that are spoken and more about the emotions people experience. if you're looking for actual technical advice for conversations, active listening is decent. a big one is using topi…

how is this not a total catch-22? First you tell people not to be "nervous" A guy who acts nervous, rushes his words and is constantly afraid of “screwing up” an interaction is communicating that he thinks a girl is out of his league and that he suffers from a scarcity of similar options Instead we need to be confident, which you state is harder to convincingly project, but we need to be "honest" attractive behaviors which are harder to fake... these words must be deemed as being part of an hone…

yes, move locations, do different things. on a walk you could brush their elbow when you make a joke or take their hand when you're crossing the street. you could stop at a park bench and put your arm around them. you could go play pool at a bar and ask if they need your help aiming their shot. literally infinite possibilities
/r/seduction30/08/22 10:40 PM
2

i agree with you in principle, but a lot of these physical interactions are consented to via non-verbal communication. obviously you should always be respectful and considerate but in general you will have an idea of whether someone is willing to kiss you without having to ask "may I kiss you?"

if you're using the apps as your primary method of meeting people you're going to be swiping for awhile. it's not easy but getting good at approaches or meeting people at clubs/hobbies/events is a lot better. fwiw I think rating people on a 1-10 scale is a pretty shit system that ends up dehumanizing people. The primary question you should be asking yourself is "do I find this person attractive?" If yes, go for it. Their perceived standing in the social strata is just a distraction

the last girl found it peculiar that I've never been in a relationship she probably found it peculiar because it is not super common. what is the explanation you give yourself for why you've been single so far? ideally you could just be open and honest and tell people why you haven't dated or had a relationship yet.
/r/seduction22/08/22 02:30 AM

'hey, you're cute. what's your name?' if i'm feeling pretty confident and it's a fluid social situation where they're not busy with something hey excuse me, this is random but you're cute and i wanted to say hi if it's a setting where approaches are less common or more awkward, or if they're in the middle of something and i'm interrupting them situational approaches are good too

It's a shame this is gonna get buried on this sub because you nailed the dating experience for average women. The statement "many women are dissatisfied with their dating life" in no way downplays the difficulties men face in dating. Dude there's nothing wrong with having a crush on a girl, it's totally normal imo. But trying to directly control your feelings is futile; our emotions are involuntary reactions. What you can do is accept some truths: You can't control whether she'll like you. Outside of presenting yourself well, you can't control whether you'll share the same sense of humor, or whether she'll like your style and personality. So stressing about saying the 'perfect thing' or trying too hard to win her over is poi…

I would 100% tell her. You're already freaking out a bit, as evidenced by the fact you created a new account just to post this. Letting her know how you're feeling will help calm you down and let you enjoy it instead of trying to put on a show. Are you open to a relationship with this person? Being vulnerable and honest is how you build intimacy. I'd like to add a few practices that have worked for me: 5am: alarm goes off. Before anything else, yell "I AM THE ALPHA" with guttural force so that your neighbors and housemates know what the fuck is up. 6am: slaughter an animal, preferably with bare hands, in preparation for breakfast. 630am: begin to cook breakfast before remembering that easily digestible food is for beta cucks. Eat your meal raw. 7am: finish vomiting up breakfast and walk to the cafe. Inform the barista that you will only …

First, your friend isn't "better than you" because he found a relationship. Most relationships are the product of luck, people connecting through mutual friends or chance encounters. It hasn't happened for you yet but that doesn't mean it won't. Also, there's nothing wrong with disliking bars and clubs. I don't drink so I avoid these venues too. This is terrible advice. In reality, your confidence, tonality, and emotional state are far more important than how "ugly" or "handsome" you are. I suggest you keep approaching OP. The best thing you can do is become comfortable with failure. The less invested you are in each interaction, and the more OK you are with an interaction going down in flames, the more fun and non-needy your actions will come off to women. GL!

You should never buy a girl dinner, give respect, spend time, or even give her $2 in the anticipation that you are going to get ANYTHING in return Agree, gifts and compliments should be given freely with no expectations. Otherwise it becomes transactional, as you alluded to. When a girl shows up on time to a date, when she doesn't flake, when she doesn't take 2 days to respond to a text... etc.., you gain my respect. Once you find a therapist you connect with, there's no better way to try and resolve these issues than with the help and guidance of a professional, IMO. I obviously don't know your politics, but maybe it's worth considering? I would never say "you need to change your values to attract women" (unless your values are obviously fucked up). For most of us, dating is a numbers game. The more people we meet, the more opportunities we have to click with someone. With that in mind, cold approaches might be a solution. This will force you into lots of interactions, where you'll get lots of feedback and practice. I used to block out 10-20 hours a week to approach random girls on campus and it was really fun and helpful. Granted, this is a lot different with covid now, but maybe on a college campus it's still doable?

One small consideration in situations like this is emotional bandwidth. I know for me, it's easy to start developing an emotional connection with women I date. Trying to balance seeing multiple women can be tricky when you like them all and feelings of guilt potentially arise.

yes I think so. the general thrust of the book (imo) is coming to terms with who you are, being comfortable presenting yourself honestly to the world, and dealing with any underlying trauma from your past. all those things will make you more attractive to both romantic partners and friends, imo. (also, it's great to see someone reference this book. i find it much more useful and relevant in today's culture than some of the older pickup material)

this opinion is unpopular because it's fucking dumb.

I feel this mate. Perhaps it's too optimistic, but I'm hoping approaches will be possible sometime in 2021...

I used to really enjoy doing day-time approaches but with covid I can't imagine doing it. Are you just out there approaching anyways? Do you stand talking with masks for awhile? Have you met any girls who looked weird with their masks off (lol)?

100 years ago women didn't have the right to vote. Some states allowed husbands to rape their wife up until 1993. And you think women have more rights??

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
