Yea it's hard man. I actually decided against breaking up with her. That said one of the reasons it's a difficult choice is because it's my 1st LTR. I've fucked about 40 women (all 1 time on average), and this is my first actual girlfriend so maybe I don't know the value of what I have.

January 26th - 78.6kg March 14th - 88kg. Same scale in my gym. = 9.4kg gained & still a 4-pack when I flex. Pretty much the same bodyfat. No I'm not fat and not on gear. I was a hard gainer. Trained for years... always hovered around the same weight. Now I got a trainer to show up at my house, and take weight gainer + eat 4000kcals consistently. I'm surprised too, but it's not too much.
