I'm saying that when (God forbid) something like this happens to people, you have to take extreme steps to repair it. If that means moving to another country, you do it. It's not ideal by any stretch of the imagination, but you have to play the hand you're dealt. My friend lost family, a job, housing, his dog and access to his child in the process. For the record, one of my three best friends from high school was accused of rape. He went to jail. 1	[Serious] What are a male's rights when attacked by a woman? Self-defense and retaliation are not the same thing. Your legal rights are, as others have said, to use only enough force to stop the attack. However. If people witness you actually trying to end the attack instead of simply defending/blocking, some of those people will testify against you in court.
