I used to be a personal trainer. I go to the gym daily and work a manual labor job. I am always on the move and I also smoke cigarettes. I'm running 30 minutes nonstop at 7mph and can jump up to 8 or 9 for 5 minutes and 10 for a couple minutes. I run first then lift weights. 190 lbs 32 inch waist.

Its lifestyle not the food. I eat McDonalds on a semi regular basis along with a bunch of other stuff, fruits and veggies, oatmeal in the morning, lots of beef and chicken etc. I lead an active lifestyle and I'm doing just fine. Just tightened my adjustable belt to a 30 at 511 and 190 lbs.

Maybe men's tendency to engage in high risk behaviors is augmented by societal pressures.
