Except that your title does actually say sexual assault. It's pretty clear where the 1:4 rape number came from: people hear "25% sexual assault" and remember "25% rape"

Erm... It's rather nice to have someone take care of the household. Man or woman. If both parties work, then both have to share the household work, and that's just a lot of work for everyone, especially if children are involved. Personally I'd rather work than do housework and giving up financial independence to taxi children around, clean and cook doesn't sound like fun. Typically female genitalia. And a womb I guess, which can be useful if you want to get children the traditional way. Just like men provide male genitalia. Should women be providing something else just by being a woman?
