I know quite a few guys who don't take issue with their circumcision, and I know quite a few guys who do take issue with their circumcision. The former group sometimes feels their lack of an objection justifies the discomfort the latter group experiences. The latter group sometimes suffers from side effects, believes it's dampened their sexual pleasure, or for whatever reason would have preferred to stay uncircumcised, but they were not given that choice. Legislation banning unnecessary circumci…

The traditional gay subs have ruthless moderation. If you want a lack of subjective moderation, /r/askgaybros is your best bet. Haven't checked out your post, because it's in that sub.

I think you could 'maintain frame' just fine then. As well as other guys? Maybe, who's to say. As for the rest of what you said, I'll forego writing up everything all over again and just refer you to this comment of mine. I think it'd help you almost as much. You just need to make a few decisions, such as what 'price' you think is reasonable to pay to achieve your goals.

If you're into guys, you can let them swarm you. If you're into girls, you're going to have to do the work, most likely. Otherwise, you'd have to rely on luck. Complaining that weird dudes are into you suggests to me that you're just not putting in the work w.r.t. girls. If you think you are, I wonder if you've just gotten a warped view of how easy it should be due to your 'idk' interest in guys. Note that by 'work' I don't primarily mean going to the gym, cultivating interests against your wish…

I struggle to think of anything. Maybe chadness breeds straightness (albeit with some homosexual tendencies), or gayness removes the very need for chadness. I read a few texts by people in which they defended Chads, saying that these highly attractive guys weren't actually bad guys, they were just more attractive and more successful with women, but were also quite likely as a result to be a great wingman, and a guy who's great fun in general. Makes sense, when something is not nearly as scarce f…

What do you mean exactly by maintaining frame?

Some things can't really be done. You may want to be a unicorn, but that doesn't mean we'll see the technology during our lives to make you into one. Until then, parts of your approach thus far may be wasted effort, which isn't motivating. So, pick your battles. At least try to stop hating who you are. Go to the gym, no matter how ineffective you think it is. If you are able to, get your testosterone levels checked (I really don't think there's a medical issue, but if a medical professional feel…

Quantity beats efficiency here I think. Use a dating app. Grindr is by far the biggest now in my experience. "I don't like the guys on there" Too bad - chances are there are no magical places where the guys you like congregate without the presence of baton twirlers in 2017.

Try to recognize when you're being bitchy, then train yourself out of it by stopping yourself in the act, making it a less natural response for you. If you already have masculine interests, place focus on those. Speak from your mask (quoted from older comment): Please don't force it. Instead, try to work with what you have to get a better outcome (better voice). I've taken the time to look up a few videos for you that I've seen before, the bottom line is: speak from your mask. It's about 16 minu…

Regardless of whether it's true, my experiences IRL don't match your perception in any case, not even a little bit. I'm hard pressed to come up with an explanation. Spirituality could be due to explicit religion being less popular among gay men. Art... I have no idea.

Without delving into your submission text, what basis do you have for the title? The Darwinian view is not sufficient to provide support. What would be proper proof to you of the existence of truly gay men? What about guys who lived a normal gay life and died of old age never having felt attraction to women? Don't forget, Darwinian evolution is roughly based on random mutations and then selection. It does not preclude any kind of maladaptive modification from coming into existence.

The balance can result from changes in beliefs or actions by gays, straights, or both. I expect the latter to happen in the long run.

HIV killed a lot, and past stances had old gays hide a lot more. If openly gays are younger on average, that might go a long way toward explaining it. Now that it's not an issue I'm not convinced of this. Eventually that political split has to get closer to a balance with the country as a whole. Probably, but that can come from two sides.

No, any subset. Not small subset. (Edit: to clarify a bit, I'm just suggesting the most conservative gays couldn't be observed in decades past due to disengagement. Hence there is no requirement for that subset to be small or whatever.) Although I indeed haven't seen any evidence of this move to more conservative opinions on average. Gays seem to be about as liberal as straights from my PoV, but that too is hardly scientific of course.

Even if it used to be, or often goes hand-in-hand with a certain lifestyle, that still doesn't mean homosexuality implies a specific lifestyle. A rise in conservatism I'm not sure is a real effect, and if it is, it might be explained by a subset of gays, conservative gays, completely disengaging in decades past so that their views didn't appear to be associated with homosexuality. That's just a hypothesis.

I'm not entirely sure why I am in this sub, but I might as well respond. Is it to be believed that these people are of less value than straight/sexually dominant men? No, just less desirable to me. Yet I haven't actually understood if, to most of you, gay men are less human/valuable than a more alpha/dominant/straight man. No, although I think I'm statistically more likely to be attracted to a straight bloke than a gay dude without knowing their orientations in advance, even when correcting for …

What are your objectives? You say you want to change, but why? What are the underlying reasons for it?

Great idea! I'd recommend making a new account and not linking any other male/female-targeted sub to it, so as to minimize influence. Personally, I think breaking up via a text message is a cop out, whether it's done by a guy or a gal. Doesn't mean the person needs to be vilified, it doesn't affect the life of the reader directly anyway.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
