Trade school. Or find something you'd want to do. Let's say dog boarding for example. Go work at a dog kennel. Memorize day to day operations. Save up. Then open your own business. Make sure it's in a good area. Another one I'd recommend is saving up for a franchise. But make sure you read up on it. Get a degree always for backup!
