But in my experience repeatedly getting high adrenaline spikes helps. Not with the rage though. I've always been an adrenaline junkie, but i still did the rage thing. Its possible to end up full out killing someone that way because of the adrenaline and rage, but a lot of times after the immediate danger has passed you are left feeling super drained.
