There's nothing scripted about kino... it's perfectly natural, and soon it will be something you do subconsciously. So even if you got the idea from Seddit (or anywhere else), you did it yourself, and it really wasn't a trick you stole from anybody else. So even if you're not a natural, everything you did was all you. Congrats on being an awesome human being.

To remind himself to be the guy that got you in the first place. Plus, some of the posts here are just interesting and funny anyway.

Dude... he's being a fun asshole. Not a make-you-feel-worse-about-yourself asshole. The kind of guy who teases and plays and always has a good time. The asshole with a big smile on all the time. And he's not bragging... that's what this subreddit is about. Everyone here is very open about the person they are and the person they want to be. Don't be so cynical.

OK, and that's nice and all, but this is your first time on this subreddit. But you're still halfway correct! You should never be mean to women, or anyone for that matter. But some people have an issue with being too nice, and that's the issue for a lot of guys on Seddit. For example, I'm sure you make fun of your guy friends all the time. You won't say "you're fat" or "you're ugly" but you might say "nice one, dumbass" when your buddy stumbles over a curb. I tell my guy friends to shut the fuck…

That's not the point exactly. If we sat around and tried to invent calculus, we probably couldn't do it. A very select few might, but most would not. We can, however, learn calculus by studying the material written by those who have studied calculus extensively. OP's point isn't that we can all figure it out... It's that it all makes sense naturally, and that multiple people could come to the same conclusions about seduction independently through trial and error. And that's what has happened. So…

Nice work. A few things: What strategy are you talking about? There was really no strategy to your night at all. You were attractive and she was attracted! That's all there is to it. When approaching, assume the girl is already attracted to you. Every day when you wake up, list the reasons in your head why you're an awesome guy, the reasons why any girl would be lucky to have you. And if you're short on reasons, spend your free time creating reasons. The brush against her shoulder was a good way…

the disappearing WORKS. nothing stuns women like seeing that average friend of hers show up after being missing for a year and being completely revamped. it's all about improving yourself

Here's an idea: take turns. You can pay, but throw in "Now you owe me dinner" (with a smile of course). It's fair, friendlier than asking for a split bill, and implies you're seeing her again on another day.

How much free time do you have? Women are attracted to awesome guys. Get out and do awesome things with whatever free time you have. Improve yourself and set goals for months on end. Try new hobbies, exercise more, find what you like. If you're constantly improving, socializing with women will get easier and easier.

Holy shit, dude. Well, some mannerisms are put-offs. Sometimes certain personality traits are annoying to others. Trying too hard to be friendly (I know how frustrating this must be) can push people away. Is there anyone in your area you can turn to for critiquing? Someone who could talk to you in person and tell you what it is that bothers people so much?

You've got to get it out of your head that it's a "game." It's not. It's about building a better you. You're not tricking girls into anything. The techniques on Seddit really aren't techniques. Touching a girl during conversation isn't a technique. Actually, it's perfectly natural, and if you do it enough, it becomes so subconscious you'll wonder why you weren't doing it all along. Same with approaching and talking to women (people, for that matter) regularly. Seddit is all about self-improvemen…

With effort, your looks can be drastically improved. You don't have to look like Brad Pitt to look good. Even if you're actually ugly, there are so many ways to improve appearance. Notably: Grooming advice (via sidebar). These posts ROCK. Improve your fashion and physical appearance in ways that wouldn't normally occur to you. Hit the gym, seriously. A girl with an average face but a kickass body is hot. The same goes for guys. Check out r/fitness. If that's too overwhelming, buy P90X. It's awes…

Of course it's a positive learning experience! And that's what it's all about, so good work and congratulations. A few missing pieces though: Where was this party and what type of girl was she? If she's a hot sorority junior at a frat party then this story makes no sense. But I'm guessing she's a little younger and might not have that much guy experience. Or maybe she thought you were cool but doesn't like getting with drunk/tipsy guys. Apart from all that, did you set a sexual frame? Were your …

These other replies are true, but I feel that I have to point out it heavily depends what college you go to. But if you're at a state college, it's pretty much a guarantee.

So true. I truly believe, in any situation where you like the girl way more than she likes you (especially in friend-zone situations), the only solution is to go away for a long time. Devote your time to self-improvement and developing a confident attitude that will blow girls away. The next time you see the girl, make sure she barely recognizes the old you. Make her feel like she's meeting a new man.

Coming off too strong online probably seems a bit threatening or too serious/business-like. It's not so much self-effacing as showing a soft (comfortable) side. Also, keep in mind that most of the people on OKC are probably nerdier on average. Not in the comic-book reading way, just in the internet-savvy way. The kind of girls who would rather date the fun, sweet guy finishing his residency who loves a good book instead of aspiring UFC wrestler. Plus, you can be confident and successful and stil…

Um... what? Online dating may be a young phenomenon but communication between men and women doesn't change too significantly in two years.

I kind of agree... when a girl says "you're nice but I don't know you very well" what they mean is "no thanks." It's a polite rejection. Not impossible to fix but usually means she's pretty uninterested and further attempts just make you seem like a creeper.

The end of this story is just tragic, and it doesn't make any sense. I'm no expert, but it sounds like a) you did everything perfectly and b) there was a real connection there, which makes it an even worse loss to find out that she's flaking. There's no explaining this one, as far as I can tell. Sorry dude.

I'm not gonna lie, this has little to nothing to do with this subreddit. You're not talking about specific girls. You're talking about an emotional problem you've got from a past relationship. But you're clearly hooking up with other girls. Seddit has nothing to do with this.

Yeah, but even two AFCs can help each other out. It's not always about "this is what you have to do, now go do it!" It's more like "You got this, go approach." It's so easy to pussy out when you're on your own.

No advice here on how to get physical quickly without being creepy. What are the most natural ways to get physical with a girl quickly? All I can think of is leading the girl around. How soon can you put your arm around her? At a party, it's not so hard to find an excuse, but in day game/on dates it's a bit harder. Any advice?

An easy way to make acquaintances (if you don't feel ready for random approaches yet) is finding hobbies you might be interested and joining a local club or something. Like a group of runners or bikers or something like that. See what's around, be adventurous. Even if you try it and don't like it, you've just added a new experience to the list of all the cool shit you've tried in your life. Another story to tell on a date. On the other hand, if you do like it, make friends with the people there,…

I'm not suggesting you try dating sites (not discouraging it either), but you should consider using a different username if you do.

All the other advice is right, but... I've heard Amelie is the perfect movie to watch on a date. Apparently, girls love it but it's not too much like a chick flick. Plus it's French (with English subtitles) so it's got an exotic feel. The only catch is that it's apparently a great movie so you'll probably be missing some of it if you're playing your cards right.

Nothing beats going on intuition and having a good time being fun and friendly. If you're not having fun in the process, what's the point? If it's all about closing, you're missing the point. Excellent work dude.

Two things: 1) Did anyone notice the mugshot chick is holding the Lost numbers? 2) I love this website, always takes a different approach.
