Not really, no. You are combining and comparing numbers that are incongruous. 3% of rape cases get convictions, not 3% of accusations get convictions 8% of accusations false, not 8% of cases are falsely reported
3% of cases leading to convictions literally has no relation statistically to 8% of accusations being false. I mean, you're basically saying 8 is more than double 3. But you haven't tied the numbers to one another providing correlation.
