Eh. There is something to be said about the internet and OLD being used to validate emotional needs at the detriment of real offline relationships, but the notion that "sub 7 men" won't be able to get laid or find relationships is baloney.

Incels aren't a new phenomenon, in that there has always been sexless men and women. Men improving themselves to get laid or find a partner is also nothing new. The internet and the incel culture unique to internet domains, that's new.

Whelp. I guess we can leave it to the people of Reddit to see if my understanding of your words and attitudes are accurate or not. For someone so bent on accuracy, you seem to misconstrue my words and context a fair bit. Regardless, I'm fairly confident in my judgements and interpretations. But hey, I'm not perfect. It's possible that I'm completely wrong about you attitudes towards women.

Reading your replies it's fair to say that in your mind, there is rarely, if ever, a scenario where a single mother of a disabled child isn't entirely to blame for the situation. More then that, you treat that situation as if it's a hardship akin to a prison sentence for the crime she committed of being a women. You also seem to absolve the fathers of any responsibility or duty to their children, the women they impregnated, and society writ large to help care for the kids. So, yes, it's clear yo…

I'm fairly positive that the country this person is speaking about is not a Western country, which is where I assume your stats are coming from. You obvious bias against western women has now morphed into all women. Kudos.

Again, you're assuming that NONE of these women had their husbands leave them. That they have easy, or any, access to birth control or abortions. Really it sounds like you are the kind person who screams to high heavens about the plights of men, but is perfectly okay with blaming women for any situation they find themselves in, regardless of circumstances.

Hahaha Right. Sex only in marriage. Aside from that crock of shit, do you think none of those men divorced or left because they didn't want to raise the disabled children that they couldn't abort?

Did you consider that maybe that country doesn't have abortions or easily available prenatal care? If that's the case, then it's shit bag fathers who are abandoning their children.

And this is based off what? People are people. I know girls with low n counts that have cheated on their LTR, and women with high n counts that are faithful within relationships. That alone disproves your blanket assertion. Myself as a male with a high n count, have never cheated on a committed partner, because you know, morals.

Most likely narcissists? So to be charming, likeable, and have had a few FWB one must be mentally ill? That's absurd. I'm sociable, my job requires me to be charming to do well (which I do), and I've slept with dozens of casual partners, outside of my meaningful relationships (never cheated). By your logic I'm either a sociopath or a narcissist? Gee. I'd never realized that, until now. Thanks for the diagnosis. But seriously, aside from that "disconnected from reality statement", it's time and i…

Mass generalizations don't help whatever cause you think your supporting. Men commit most murders, ergo all or most men have to address their problems with violence. How's that sound to you? Yeah, I get your sentiment. No, I did not need to be taught not to rape. Yes, radical feminism is a destructive and hateful toward men. But making broad and unsupported claims about an entire gender is absurd if only based on statistical probability alone. Nevermind any other issues that I could raise around…

I'm a male. I'm also now experienced enough to have a good idea of what I do and don't want in a potential LTR/Marriage. I'm also more sure of what I can tolerate relative to other positive traits that I do want and find more rare, given my sexual and dating experience from my "sluttier" years.

That's super constructive and clearly does not stem from some deep seeded issues you have with women. Thanks for the insight!

That part I understood, but the whole "invite into a relationship" part I don't. I assume you're mostly, or entirely, speaking about male "incels". I've never been invited to a relationship with a woman. I've entered many after my pursuing them, but not once have I been invited. Which is why I'm trying to understand what you mean by that.

False choices will give you pointless answers. I choose option C Casual sex and dating in my formative years, with the goal of knowing an ideal lifetime partner if or when I find one.

So if you were a loser in high school, those years will never be erased, and you'll always a loser, no matter your accomplishments later in life. I used to slut around in years past and through lots of meaningless sex and a large number of partners, I discovered that I'd prefer not to do that anymore. When I'm single, I'll still casually date and sleep with women for extended periods of time, but I don't have any desire for ONS, or I guess it's called pumping and dumping now. My behavior has cha…

I think they'll only look at your different if you make it wierd, shameful, or brag. I typically say something along the lines of "I don't count, but I've had enough to know that I'm not after ONS anymore. Sex is so much better when I actually like someone" This works for both causal dating and more serious relationships. It has the added bonus of being true, at least for me.

Marriage shouldn't validate you, but it should be a point of pride if you were able to find a partner to go through life together as a whole that is greater then the sum of its parts.

I don't volunteer it, but those things tend to come up in relationships. I personally don't really care to hear about it much, but doesn't bother me as my partner count is well above average and I'd have no room to judge.

How people do what? I assume you mean form meaningful romantic relationships, or just have sex in general. You work on yourself, which is the part the TRP gets right. Workout, eat right, develop hobbies, participate in group settings. The tricky part is evolving and adapting your behavior. When you notice that people are turned away from something you did or said, take notice. Try and not do that same thing again. Be aware that different groups have different social dynamics and beliefs. If your…

Basing this soley on a subjective scale of physical attractiveness says a lot about what kind of place this question is coming from. A "5" can easily become a "7" to someone who gets to know them and grows to like them and vice versa if they grow to dislike them. A "7" to me, may be a "5" or "9" to different people.

No shit. This guy sounds like he got super comfortable and let himself go far. I'm a man who if his LTR went unemployed and got fat, with no clear desire to change, I'd leave. She wanted to stick around until something better, which sucks, but the writing was likely on the wall for a long time.

No one said you had to have sympathy. But hoping someone gets raped in prison is absurd and disgusting. Do you like the fact that rape is so prevalent in male prisons?
