1	The False Rape Society: Outrage when women are forced to pay for rape kits; yawns when men are denied DNA evidence to prove they aren't rapists I read it, I'm not really sure what to say about this article other than I echo the dissenting viewpoint of the judges who say it's utterly crazy for a person to be denied access to DNA evidence which could exonerate them. I can't possibly imagine what the rationalization could be of the judges who denied this man access to using the DNA as a defense. I believe this is something that should be provided to rape victims by taxpayer dollars.
