I don’t actually have a specific height, just kinda picked one. I’m 5’4 and past 5-6 inches height difference is when it starts to feel too over the top.

If they were over 5’10. It’s inconvenient and I personally can’t stand the attitude and appearance of tall people. If they can’t say certain words, like ‘specific’. My biggest pet peeve. I can’t think of more off the top of my head, but I’m sure there is some.

Do they just never interact with one another then? You’re aware you have to talk to enter a relationship right?

This is the issue with so many people that follow the ‘pill’ logic and in fact, the pills themselves. There’s no objective measurement for what makes a person a ‘chad’ or not. You can make generalisation assumptions about FEATURES that cause this, but if you’re trying it use a numbered metric to establish the behaviour of FOUR MILLION PEOPLE it simply isn’t going to work. Humans are incredibly complicated creatures. And it you use general concepts and statistics as a meant to assume about an ent…

Except this wasn’t written as a generalisation now was it, it was written as an object fact. Not only that, but do you really think my comment was particularly serious in nature? Come on now.

It’s not of 440.5k considering he swiped left a majority of them. It’s out of 96.7k, which is 1.4%. Still fucking ABYSMAL and depressing though. Tinder is even more superficial than irl since you can reject based off only looks with 0 social consequence. It’s essentially anonymous so you can be as shallow as you want.
/r/AllPillDebate16/05/23 11:43 AM

You’re moving the goalpost. First it was ‘men don’t get the ick’, then it was ‘that’s only a movie’ now it’s ‘it does happen’. Fact of the matter is it DOES happen. If an attractive woman is doing something annoying, you’re far more likely to overlook it than if an ugly woman is doing the same thing. It’s not a gendered thing. It’s the halo effect. You’re going to get the ick easier with someone you’re not attracted to regardless of genders. If you’re into skinny, short women, you’re probably no…

Well there’s no point challenging me on this view because you’re asking me about a view I don’t have. Women DO fuck short men. That’s undeniable. But for the majority of women if they had the choice between someone 5’4 or 6’4, they’re mostly gonna pick the one that’s 6’4. That doesn’t mean short men don’t get action. Because preference ≠ what happens. You can have all the preferences in the world. You don’t always get what you want. I’m not the best person to ask because I’ve never said short me…

That’s not really a thing to be able to prep for other than being real and not giving any of that fairytale disney nonsense. Agree with 14ers4days, I don’t think it’s really the job of the woman to do. End of the day, I don’t know what the life of a man struggling in dating is like. I can’t give information based on lived experience because I never will experience it. So no matter how much I learn about the opposing perspective, it’s never going to be enough to be able to ‘prepare’ anyone, becau…

Meh, it is what it is. It’s kinda a lose-lose situation. If I say it to my women friends, I’m weird as hell for liking short guys, if I say it online I’m a virtue signalling liar 🤷🏽‍♀️. I don’t particularly mind. I’m not lying. I genuinely prefer short guys, because tall people make me feel incredibly intimidated. It’s also just painfully inconvenient. I don’t know why you’d want a foot+ difference. How do you hug? Kiss? Sounds aggravating. I do acknowledge why it sounds like a lie though. I’m n…

Personally, I prefer short guys to tall guys, but I’m the only person I’ve ever met that has. I don’t mean that to be in a ‘omg look at me i’m so different and special🥰’, I do have a point. Even as someone who LIKES short guys, I get mocked for it. Mostly by other women, though by men too, and I get quizzed like crazy for it. I do wonder where ‘TALL = GOOD’ came from. Because when people laugh at me for my preference, they never actually give good reason. The way short men are treated is abysmal…

I find it really interesting to read other perspectives honestly. I just lost my virginity the other day (woo go me), to my boyfriend and who has been waiting a good long while for me to feel not anxious / terrified and be ready for it. I did feel bad for making him wait, but I was really finding it difficult to muster up the ability. So frankly, it’s quite nice to read from the other perspective to help me establish what he may / may not have been thinking.

Why do men watch porn when they have a partner? Why do you masturbate at all if you have a partner Because masturbation and sex aren’t mutually exclusive. Shocking news: people still masturbate and appreciate time alone even when in relationship.

Frankly, I don’t particularly care. I’ve been approached in a variety of places, and so long as the person was polite and respectful, I’ve been more than happy to hear them out assuming I’m not in a relationship at the time. I really don’t think there’s any overly preferable place. It just depends what I’m doing at each place at the time, and how the person approaches. I’d say overall anything in person over online though.

I guess that makes sense. The ‘losers’ and bottom of the barrel attract that. It’s probably a relation / understanding thing. Unattractive men are treated the worst out of all men. Black women are treated the worst out of all women. Literally people in this thread insulting black women for being black. It’s a poor treatment thing imo Perhaps thats why they gravitate.

I mean, there’s maybe a good point in here but you’re using a very skewed metric. You’re talking about instagram girls. Obviously they’re going to be posting their asses. That’s what gets clicks. Instagram is fundamentally a thirsty and attention seeky app. You get validation from likes, you get likes from posting content people want. For women, thats their bodies. Obviously those that use it ‘seriously’ are going to do that. More men use instagram than women do. Are they at no blame? If I go to…

I genuinely don’t think most women are liars deliberately. I don’t think they do it as a manipulative tactic moreso than an instinctive one. Men typically arent afraid of appearing shallow. They’ll rate people on 1-10 scales, openly care about appearances over all, reject people for their looks etc. Which is honestly pretty admirable. Whereas women are terrified of looking shallow. Because women are supposed to be demure and sweet. I think a lot of women aren’t aware that they’re lying. In their…

Just say you have no trust and an inability to have platonic friendships, it’s ok. If a woman goes to work, there’s likely a man there, customer, coworker etc who thinks about having sex with her. Shall we ban women from working? If your girlfriend meets your friends, I guarantee at least one is going to think about having sex with her. Should you cut off all your friends? If a woman goes into the street, there’s going to be men that think about having sex with her. Shall we ban women from leavi…

I mean.. near all preferences are scrutinised. Some more harshly than others sure. People are going to judge what you like regardless, especially if they don’t fit it. Why do you care about the opinions of those that you’re not attracted to? Personally, I like short guys, especially when they’re shorter than I am. I get made fun of for it like crazy by my friends and family, because it’s not the ‘norm’. Sure, it doesn’t get as judged as your example, but it does happen regardless to what your pr…

Bang on this is the way. You’re entitled to whatever preference you want. If you’ll only settle for a 8ft lady with natural pink hair and size Z tits, go for it. More realistically, if you ONLY want a girl who wears no more than a size M, or a man no shorter than 6ft, that’s a’okay. It’s only when you’re using that as a means to insult others that don’t fit your criteria that you’re no longer in the right.

Because the blackpill isn’t absolute and anyone that says it is is stupid. It’s a great baseline. It’s great for looking at a statistical majority. But as with any theory, it’s not going to cover every single base. There’s always going to be outliers and statistical anomalies. It literally just depends on a person by person basis. As much as I’m sure you want to believe it, but every woman isn’tstriving for a 6’4 giant. Sure, statistically speaking it makes it far more likely, but you’re being disingenuous to yourself if you truly think it’s a demand every woman has rather than a majority opinion. It also just depends on the relationship. Even if someone ‘settled’ for a short guy, it could very well be their best relationship that they struggle to get over. The opposi…

No not really. I think all ‘pills’ are laid out in a way that is incredibly black and white, where the world simply doesn’t work that way. Being good looking is obviously going to cause you to have far more success than if you’re ugly. That’s the case for either gender, though certainly more specifically for men depending on what we denote as ‘success’. The reason I wouldn’t ever subscribe to the blackpill though is it chooses to act as though that is the deciding factor. Perhaps my view is clou…

Are you like purposefully dense? If there’s an exception to the ‘rule’ then it means it cannot be impossible, can it. It can be statistically unlikely; but my whole point is it’s not an impossibility to get into a relationship as a deformed man. But sure, please continue to skew things to fit your narrative.

I’m aware it’s easier for women. I didn’t deny that. But I’m also saying it’s never an impossibility. Take Shane Aylward, Simon Moore and Jono Lancaster. All men with deformities that are married. I even stated there’s a good chance these marriages aren’t for love. My point isn’t who has it easier. My point is it’s not an impossibility.

I don’t think any pill is particularly accurate and I think the truth falls somewhere in between them all. If I HAD to say though, I’d say somewhere mostly between black and red. Black makes the most realistic points but with such a hopeless, defeatist and nihilistic view that it becomes almost false. I prefer the red pill’s view on self improvement, but dislike that they think confidence is all. Most important thing for getting dates: Looks for both and women, personality for maintaining a rela…

Lmfao it’s beyond pathetic. Either be for body positivity for EVERYONE or be for it for NO ONE. Flip flopping whichever way benefits you in an argument is wild. Especially in one sentence going ‘you’re not a virgin because of height but HAHA bet your dick is small!’ The fact that’s an immediate go to insult to people is grim as hell.

I think a lot of people on this post are being incredibly disingenuous. Are men overall better than woman at chess? Yes. That’s naturally going to be the case, because there are MORE of them that choose to play the game. Chess has about 15% of players being women. The bell curve between genders is going to be very different. Because there’s far fewer women, you’ll likely find the women that DO play to be average, with few high end and few low end players. The spread is smaller, meaning they play…

She ‘has a 9-5 job and so doesn’t have time to plan dates’ even though she has time to attend them with her boyfriend, and her husband works MORE than her and is expected to plan for her. I don’t know why you just deleted your post, but as I told you there, I’ll tell you again; Women aren’t a hivemind. There’s women who hate men and will say horrible things about them for sure. But if you’re using that to say every western woman hates western men.. you’re being quite disingenuous. I mean once again, that’s not a question that can be answered, because one woman doesn’t speak for us all. The same way me saying ‘all western men are disgusting pigs’ is wrong, saying ‘all western wome…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 10:56 PM

Because, simply put, women aren’t a hive mind. The ones complaining about men only wanting sex and not relationships aren’t the same ones that don’t want relationships. They’re two separate groups.

No. If you’re not attractive to me, you’re not attractive to me. A person who is confident is typically eons more attractive than someone who isn’t. But that can only count for so much. But what’s considered attractive differs heavily. There’s a running joke in my friend group that I have the worst taste, because I tend to find men attractive that they don’t. You could be an 8 to one woman and a 3 to her best friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/23 10:41 PM

No.. more likely the fact that unlike men, that’s now where the satisfaction comes from. Many men just go to town like a battering ram. Because that’s what they view in porn, that’s what seems correctly. A man can get off from fucking a grapefruit. It is that motion and the feeling that works for them. Porn is (mostly) catered to men, so shows that action as being ‘ideal’. Women complain about not receiving oral because that is more pleasing, not necessarily because of a person’s size.

But it certainly does become a more prevalent divide with age. On attraction basis, it’s rare anyone wants to date significantly older than themselves. But on a financial / security basis, absolutely. A younger man is more likely to find a younger woman that is attracted to HIM (granted that’s still not necessarily easy, but I digress). Honestly I think there’s a lot of reasons. In my opinion the main reason is the technological advancement. Then, it was far easier to commit a crime like murder and get away with it without repercussions. There was, therefore, more people murdering because there was less of a chance they would get into any issue. Nowadays, it’s far more likely that a serial killer would be found, so I’d argue that less people commit them. DNA advancements, security cameras everywhere etc. There’s also much more …

No for definite. I totally agree with you. I’m 19 now. When I had just turned 18, I had people (mostly my other girl friends) asking me when I was going to start an OF, or when I was going to have my ‘hoe phase’. And that was just generally accepted as something to question and ask, under the guise of freedom and sexual liberation. It’s an exploitative market for men and women alike. I’m not, as I said, blaming men for having these preferences. The same way I wouldn’t want a man with a high N co…

Yeah absolutely, I totally agree with you, I have the direction of modern day views. That women are only ‘liberated’ when they act promiscuously. And I think it’s completely fair for men to choose to not date these types of women. I just think the point would be more accepted if it was presented in a way that wasn’t so vitriolic.

Yeah it’s unsurprising. I outright agree that I’m part of a very very very minimal minority. But that apparently can’t be right and i’m lying for… internet points? I agree the blackpill has mostly truths to it, but if you live life believing there’s no possibility anyone at all is different, you’re only doing yourself a disservice. I didn’t believe the blackpill when I first learnt about it because of the people who would say things like ‘CHAD ONLY’ or ‘UNDER 6FT AND ITS OVER JFL’. It’s only whe…

God, I guess I’ll tell the tall guys I’ve rejected for their height that I was actually lying that whole time and I suddenly do want them, despite that being my preference. How dare I not adhere to every single strict rule and instead have one factor that differs, 😱😱 Grow up
/r/AllPillDebate17/03/23 09:54 AM
5

Definitely wouldn’t because like I said, height is a dealbreaker to me. I’m good, I don’t particularly want a guy that towers over me, that’s crazy inconvenient. If you want to live in your constant delusion that no minorities in opinion exist, then you continue in that sad state. Still not a clue who you would insult someone who actively sides with you and agrees with you, but you do you boo!
/r/AllPillDebate17/03/23 09:53 AM

Laugh harder. I’ll say though, I don’t really get the point. I’m pretty actively pro-blackpill and constantly fight to agree with it, because I think based on logic rather than emotion where possible. So I don’t really get why you’re trying to alienate people on the other side that agree with you, but I digress. The fact of the matter is I wouldn’t date someone tall. It’s inconvenient, why would I choose to constantly have to crane to look at someone. I think the height difference looks ridiculo…

You’re either trolling or being purposefully obtuse. You’re doing exactly what this post video is doing and choosing to purposefully misrepresent information and what I’ve said. You will see millions of oddballs and regular joes. I implore you to read my comment if you’re going to debate back. That is exactly what my entire point was. Yes, there are loads of average or below average people that get into relationships. The majority of the world is average or below, so that’s obviously going to be…

I mean, this video is pretty disingenuous. Obviously no woman is sitting there going ‘He has a negative canthal tilt? Well now I’m going to reject him.’ or ‘his maxilla is recessed? disgusting 🤢’. Anyone who thinks women think that way is genuinely delusional. That said, this video seems to be claiming lookism isn’t a thing. Which is fundamentally false. Any logical person shouldn’t be saying ‘if you have these features it’s OVER’ because that’s just untrue. But realistically speaking, who’s goi…

genuinely can’t stand tall guys, so someone 5’2-5’8 ish. Preferably not overly muscular bc they’re gross as hell imo. brunet. esp if they’re kind of good at handy work. any accent that’s not from this city, and can drink people under the table; that’s entertaining. that’s all the shallow / superficial features anyway, without going into the less so attributes.

It’s true, you caught me. I’m actually not a woman at all, I’m two cats stacked on top of one another. In all seriousness though, I just do my best to think based off of logic rather than emotion. I’m very anti modern feminism and I like to look objectively at topics such as the dating market. It’s undeniable that it’s unbalanced when you look at it with your head instead of your heart. But I’ll always, no matter what, say that respect is key. Debate is fun and healthy. But as soon as you stoop …

Absolutely, I totally think that’s unfair too. Frankly, I don’t think either person, ‘neckbeard loser’ nor ‘slutty woman’ should be outright shamed for their walks in life. Having a preference against either of those is fair game, in my opinion, so long as you’re not being a dick just because you can. It’s unnecessary. I 100% agree it’s much more acceptable for a woman to be promiscuous whilst a man who’s not successful is looked down upon, and I believe that’s awfully unfair. It’s just I feel m…

When did I justify or state that anyone doing the opposite is any better? I think that it works both directions. ‘I’d prefer not to date a man without drive and ambition’ - A fine standard to have. vs ‘I’d never date a total loser than relies on mommy, how pathetic’. - You’re a dick. Assuming that I agree with the opposite side because I didn’t mention them is.. odd. I answered my opinion about men because that was the question asked. The whitepill isn’t to do with being a white person. It’s the opposite of the blackpill, accepting that life isn’t fair, the world kind of sucks, but you can still find enjoyment regardless of who you are. This has nothing to do with any pills.

Don’t care. Preferences are preferences. So long as you’re not using it to shame / be hateful, and you don’t care that women also have preferences. Personally I wouldn’t want to date a man with a high BC either. Ex: ‘I don’t feel comfortable dating women with a high body count’ - Totally fine and cool ‘I’ll never date a slut that’s ridden the cock carousel’ - You’re a dick

Agree with all except the plastic surgery, makeup and fake number. You can call makeup and plastic surgery shallow/vain if you like. But it’s not really toxic to change up insecurities. Men and women alike to it all the time. Going to the gym because youre insecure about your body, wearing platforms because you’re insecure about your height. Vain / a bit sad? Sure. Toxic, no. And the phone number thing is really dependent case by case. There are times where it can genuinely be unsafe to say no. …

God this is my biggest fear. When you spend so much time with these young people listening to them, helping them etc, you grow attached to them. The idea of any of the ones I work with dying absolutely terrifies me. When I got the call about one of our boys getting stabbed, genuinely my heart stopped and I had to contain myself from bursting into tears. When he then told us that he didn't care if he died, it broke my heart even more. Actually just yesterday, one of the boys we work with got arre…

I mean.. I don’t agree with either honestly, but the two aren’t comparable You’re talking about a person selling her dignity, body etc, versus a person using idiots willing to find her in return for nothing. This is why you should always go dutch, pay for your own meal, go somewhere cheap like a coffee shop, or don’t go at all. It’s unethical and toxic of her, but with most industries, if there’s someone willing to spend, someone’s gonna get suckered.

This is actually very very key. As I’ve stated before, I work with a charity for mental health exploitation etc. Last week we had a guy come in, about 20 or so years old requesting our 1-1 support service. We have a mix of men and women BUT for the over 18 individuals (because we only work with a few of them at a time, compared to the hundreds of under 18’s), we only have one trained specialist who is a woman. I was assigning her, when he specifically asked not to be paired with a woman. I asked…

Absolutely I agree. There’s so many boys that come in to work with us that you wouldn’t expect. Their behaviour hasn’t changed, they seem exactly the same, but now they’re running drugs from one end of the country to the other. And yet there’s never a spotlight on this issue. I believe this week (since monday) I’ve personally received 5 referrals, with 1 being a girl and 4 being boys. That’s not to say any of them are less or more of victims, they all are. But it’s integral to see the sheer numb…

It sounds like an amazing cause and right up our alley, so I’m going to see if I can network a bit to help them out! It’s definitely very key. It’s certainly very eye opening. I’ve always been fairly neutral on the feminist movement, mostly because as a girl, you’re taught about it through a very rose tinted lens. I was mostly apolitical until recently, so I didn’t think poorly of the feminist movement since everything I was told was of how it benefits my life, how oppressed I am etc. It’s in the past year or two since becoming an ‘adult’ that I’ve started to look into my political views and leanings and such, and I stumbled across the…

Ah of course, you know my entire life do you? What a presumption to make that you must’ve had the hardest life in the world and no one else can possible compete. I’d love to go into my life story and the traumatic details, but I’m not dim enough to insinuate that changes my ability to consent to situations, nor does it negate a person being a literal child. That doesn’t change the fact you are NOT a man at 15. If an adult is attracted to a 15 year old they are a pedophile. To be honest; the leng…

It's not a matter of 'having no sense of humour' it's a matter of you making a 'joke' about child grooming on a post raising awareness about the issue. 'I was very forward for my age', you know this is exactly what pedophiles say right? *"Oh, you're so mature for your age!"* *"You don't act like you're 15 at all!"* Let's make it clear. If you are pushing 30 and are attracted to 15 year olds, you are a pedophile. Like I said in another comment, I'm 19. My youngest friend is 16 and I am wary about…

Which is literally EXACTLY the issue I'm highlighting. A young girl is groomed by an adult man, and people line to get retribution, and rightly so, as they should. A young boy is groomed by an adult man and he is told that that's cool and he's celebrated for being able to pull. No angry people attempting to protect the boy at all. The woman is not punished. My friend was groomed by a 20 something year old when he was 13/14. Even today, multiple years later, he doesn't see an issue with it. Why? …

No of course! The child feeling like he hit the jackpot was in the title of the article, not an addition by me! I mostly mention my little point because I feel like boys and men are taught that all female attention should be considered a positive regardless of legality and morality. I for example learnt recently that my male friend had been groomed by a 20 year old when he was 14. Even to date, multiple years later now he considers it not to have been a crime, because he enjoyed it and he felt c…

Exactly that. It’s absolutely wild. There is no accountability for these women. I’m a 19 year old girl. I feel weird even being FRIENDS with anybody under 18. I cannot possibly imagine being 28 years of age and having sex with (raping) a 15 year old. But the problem is there’s 0 accountability for this. It’s seen as ‘cool’ for young boys to ‘pull’ older women and everybody is celebrated for it. It’s disgusting.

When it started? Yes, because there were genuine issues that needed to be addressed and women were treated like second rate citizens. There wasn’t equality and the women in the suffragette movement for example were fighting bravely for a very rational cause. The right to work, the right to vote, the right to hold their own finances etc etc. All very real and proper issues. Modern day feminism? No. There’s not anything to fight for because the original feminist talking points have been resolved. …
