Agreed. Way more concrete than models. Feel like I got a much better understanding of attraction and how to create attraction from 3% man. Highly recommended.

Not watching porn is the big one. Porn-induced ED was a problem for me with the first girl I got off with. Learned that my performance issues and lack of real sex drive were due to me wanking to porn literally every night. Stopped watching it (I relapse every now and then), and sure enough last girl I was with I was hard for hours... It just felt so natural and easy. I actually don't think getting viagra is a good idea, as it's possible to use it as a crutch and become reliant on it. I guarantee…

100%. It's becoming more and more prevalent unfortunately. If you're a young male uni student thinking it won't happen to you because you're a guy, think again. Please be careful with your drinks, I wasn't and I paid the price for it.

Happened to me at a festival the other week, don't even remember leaving my drink unattended but 30 minutes go by and I'm a stumbling mess. Can't walk, talk, and just remember being carried out by two of my friends and sat down at the edge of the tent. Such a shitty thing to do as I was really looking forward to that day. Just goes to show it doesn't only happen to pretty girls, some people just want to see someone get fucked up. Fucking dickheads.

Mind blanking used to happen to me loads, and to some degree still does. But I just let the silence stew, maybe kick something on the floor, pull a funny face, make an observation on something I see. Sometimes I just straight up say "uuuuuh no idea". Who cares if I can't be witty and funny 100% of the time? It's all about getting out of your own head ASAP in these mind blank situations. This is what I got taught in therapy for social anxiety, just break your pattern of your inner monolouge by do…

I thought one of the first rules of flirting is "assume attraction"?

Just be yourself and be totally comfortable with it. If you're personality isn't that of a pick-up artist, or you feel it doesn't vibe with you, then don't do it. Seriously, you'll just feel fake and they'll be able to sense that. Just be a normal person with normal dreams and aspirations. Be you. Don't forget to get out there though! You do need to meet girls at some point. Join clubs and pick up hobbies, it doesn't have to be cold approach pickup if that's not what you want.

Yeah seriously... I suppose it varies depending on the person, but treat it like revising for an exam. Brush up on it constantly until you don't even have to think when you implement what it teaches. Definitely read "How to be 3% Man", it strikes the perfect balance between inner game and outer game. The writer doesn't give you pickup techniques, though he does tell you the best way to keep a women attracted to you and explains how attraction works for a women. It was honestly eye-opening. He go…

I've recently read "How to be 3% Man", and there was one particular part that stood out to me. Corey mentions that when it comes to researching pickup/seduction and reading books about it, we don't engage with it until about the 10th-15th read. We only absorb about 10% of what we read/hear each time, so by doing it 10-15 times, we eventually get to a point where we're LIVING the principles in the book and they become second-nature. We don't have to constantly have thoughts like "Am I being vulne…

I think practicing self-kindness is going to be more sustainable in the long run. Treating yourself like shit is going to wear you down eventually, and I feel that it's a toxic mindset to have. Work your way up the fear ladder one step at a time, getting more comfortable with each level until the current one you're on doesn't make you feel anxious anymore. If you try and jump too many rungs at once and pussy out because of fear, forgive yourself, then work your way up slowly. This way you'll hav…

There's a lot of reasons why someone over the age of 21 might still be a virgin. Not everything is so black and white such that once you hit 21 and you still haven't stuck your dick in a vagina, it means you're a loser. Some people are late bloomers who only recently just started caring, some have mental issues such as anxiety and depression, and others have career and hobby choices that mean they just don't meet many women. Their life experiences before they came to this subreddit are irrelevan…

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for general and social anxiety that I got through insurance. Obviously not really anything to do with sexual health, but I'm sure they'll have experience counselling people with these types of issues.

Literally happened to me yesterday, and everytime I've tried it with someone before that. It's got to a point that I won't even take girls up on their advances because I'm worried I'll just end up being a disappointing them in bed. Besides, it's embarassing as fuck, and awkward to have to explain to every girl I'm with that it's not them. It really isn't them, I want to have sex with you, but I get lost in my own head and can't get into it. The more I TRY to get turned on, the worse it gets. I'm…

Are you me? I've been an awkward computer nerd my whole life and I'm only just getting out of my ugly duckling phase. My personality hasn't quite caught up yet though, and I don't ever feel like I'm going to be ready to do the whole "getting with women" thing. I get approached a lot on nights out, but conversations never last more than a minute or two before they realise I'm visibly nervous, distant and unable to think of anything to say. I can't really help it, it's all I've ever known. My soci…
