To add onto what all the others have posted. You're still young, there is still plenty of opportunity. I don't know you and I don't know your context, but if there is a moment in life where it's too late for self improvement, I can assure you that you haven't reached it yet ;) A minor tip I can add is to lower your standards for personal relationships with people you just met. Not every girl you're going to meet i going to be a girlfriend, a friend in general, or even someone you will seen ever …

My advice, play. Play around, see where you meet in all of this. Test how far your physical boundaries go, without getting aggressive of course. If she likes you she will most likely play along.

Perhaps not when you first meet them. However, i find that my female friends are a lot quicker in noticing if I have a shit day compared to my male buddies. But it's kind of important that you are fun to be around otherwise that won't last.

Just in general, i agree that he shouldn't continue with her in particular. But in somewhat closed communities like facebook it's really easy to find and add people just by their first name. This is just my personal experience though.

I'd say just add her on facebook. I use facebook messenger as my most used tool to text girls (people in general) and the barrier for entry is a lot lower. In college the barrier for meeting people is incredibly low (as is adding people on social media), but i only have the numbers of the people that i need to be able to reach anytime.

It is used as an extreme solution to the "running out of things to say" problem by a lot of coaches. Talking "forever" isn't a good thing in itself, but carrying on a concersation for extended periods of time is. Also being able to talk for a long time is a great way to show off your personality and to let people decide if they like you or not. The lower standard thing is mostly for the folks that have trouble keeping a conversation, to try and teach them to be more freeflowing.

Ask questions, show interest. See if she is any fun to be around. If you get along and would genuinly like to see her again, say so. Exchange contact info and set up a date afterwards.

Welp. That's what you're here for trying to fix. My general advice is that you try to get your life in order and let meeting women be just one part of it. Read models by mark manson, should adress most of you issues.

This. It's already worth it if you look only through the game perspective, but i don't think i should explain why having a great social circle is awesome.

What has worked for me is to approach a single person in the group (i am thinking in a club scenario), and throwing yourself in the spotlight (storytelling or bantering with the person usually does the trick). Introduce yourself and now you "know" the group. From here on you're in and you can do as you please.

Be cool, talk to people, you'll probably be sitting next to someone you don't know, so introduce yourself. Don't expect anything from people, just enjoy yourself.

What the game achieved for me was finding this place. I found it to be an entertaining read, but don't expect any actual learning material. For those i recommend reading "models" and "no more mr nice guy" (haven't read them myself, but they seem to be the most popular recommendations). There are of course many youtube channels to which this place links quite a lot. But going out in the field is of course the best method.

Some advice i've read is that you should consider this as a hobby you're invested in. I'm nowhere near pua level myself, but i see going out and meeting girls as a skill you can get good at. Just like my other hobbies like playing the piano and rock climbing. This isn't something that will come quickly but the more you practice the faster you will learn.

Congratulations man, but know that this is just a first small step. Don't be satisfied with achieving the same results over and over, but try to improve and getting better each time, learn from your mistakes, see what you can do differently. Good luck and enjoy this game.

There is a merit to analysing social interactions though. Knowing when a girl is interested in you or how to answer a common shit test are things you can learn. Or even just knowing where an interaction went right or wrong so you can take your experience with you in future endeavors. Socialising isn't an exact science and you can't be prepared for anything, but it is still something you can learn IMHO.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
