DMT yes, ayahuasca no. I rate the shrooms as the most cleansing and liberating thing i have experienced. DMT and Salvia are very interesting too but shrooms are the real deal IMO. I think there really is some deep spiritual and healing qualities to them...

Key is to be alone and at home if you want a spiritual healing experience. Nature walks etc. are for recreational use...trip out on visuals...laugh and go home...that's good too but nowhere near as life changing as shitting bricks for a while only to realise there is NOTHING to fear. Not on the trip and neither after it.
