That last part where you said anyone who doesn’t like me is disqualified from my life really made a lot of sense in my head. Thank you bro. I actually have been lifting my ass off for the last 6 months. I don't jerk off either so my test is so high I can't sleep lol. and JUST started mindfulness last week.
