I'll add my 2 cents of experience in case you still have questions. Maintenance and Support is based on overnights. There is a free calculator, though the inputs can be clunky. Though with your experience you should be able to figure it out. If incomes are roughly similar, it should be zero (or close to it) if overnights are the same.
