8	She speaks our gospel I still struggle so much to block someone who says the sweetest things but in reality doesn't make the effort. Although I know I should just block and walk away. I feel the urge to tell him that I don't accept the way he treats me and then block him etc. Which probably means that I want some more of his attention and see his reaction. 55	How to detach from men you have crushes on I love your list. Definitely going to save that for those times my brain tricks me into thinking I would need that specific guy. I also wear a hair tie around my wrist and everytime I find myself fantasizing or even romaticiszing that guy I snap the tie which immediately helps me to stop that circle of overthinking.
