Thanks... always good to hear it. It's true, in the end, it's not the final relationship I'll ever be in. I think everyone always forgets that. It's a bit of knowing what you have now is better than not knowing the future. But she probably won't bring it up, doesn't flirt as much either, which I miss. But I'm just continuing like normal, not letting it seem like its phasing me. Game on! Thanks man

Even asking "Hey where do we stand" or "what do you wanna do.." etc. I'm trying to now change my mindset, but I guess maybe it's easier to say what's allowed to ask or bring up? I'm following Alpinediver's advice for sure, to bring up memories... that's better. But we'll see how it goes. It's already made a difference for me today... but yeah, it's really fuckin' hard

I'm in a weird situation. A friends with benefits, she broke it off, because her feelings were strong and I didn't have many feelings, but I do have feelings, I just never said anything, because I didn't think her feelings were as strong. I needed to clear other things off of my plate before I could date her.. I've told her I did, but I think it's now been horrible timing (she said "I wish you told me months ago" - I'm guessing that means no chance now) I guess I just need to not tell her that I…
