A serious and valid fear for a lot of men (and not just actual rapists). Just being accused (of any crime, really) can be traumatizing and disruptive to a person's life. I think it's really important for men to be well informed about what consent means: if someone is drunk, high, sleeping, under 18 - the law where you live may say they can't legally give consent.
