"I doubt most women even have hobbies". Have you interacted with women in real life dude? They are literally human beings.

https://www.payscale.com/data/gender-pay-gap "The controlled gender pay gap, which controls for job title, years of experience, education, industry, location and other compensable factors, measures equal pay for equal work. The controlled pay gap has also decreased since 2015, but only by $0.01. Women in the controlled group make $0.98 for every $1.00 a man makes, meaning that women are still making less than men even when doing the exact same job." My apologies, I was going off of old numbers. …

Literally gender is the whole issue right here. We know women make less money then men do. It's a matter of the explanation. I've provided evidence showing a significant number of women experience sexism in the workplace, twice as much as men experience. I aknowledge that part of the gap is because men are raised to pursue different careers than women, but I'm also saying part of that is due to direct sexism and paying women less for the same exact job as men, which the data supports. It's incre…

Why does men's rights need to pretend sexism against women is made up and make believe? Men have issues and women have issues, we should pretend either are made up. I'll criticize bad feminists for ignoring men's issues and I'll criticize MRAs for doing the same to women. "Other factors that are difficult to measure, including gender discrimination, may also contribute to the ongoing wage discrepancy. In a 2017 Pew Research Center survey, about four-in-ten working women (42%) said they had exper…

Even after adjusting for careers women are still paid six percent less than men. Pretending the issue is only about personal choice and that sexism isn't an issue in the equation is ridiculous.

I like the idea. So long as the women has access to an abortion a guy should have the access to opt out of fatherhood. Seems fair. I don't know what the "consent to sex is not consent to reproduce" discussion is. If it's what it sounds like, a guy should not be able to pressure a women into an abortion full stop. If a guy nuts inside a women and she gets pregnant, he didn't consent to reproduce but he doesn't have the right to stop her from birthing that child either.

Wait, is the first thing supposed to be a serious comeback or is it just a joke? Party lines switched, the KKK votes Red today. It feels like a waste of time to respond to such a comment but once again, I don't condone misandrist and recognize there are many parts of the feminist movement that support and condone misandry and I hate those sort of feminist just as much as you do.

I haven't heard of the first one, I'm not familiar with the second. I understand the reason for alimony but Im open to arguments to end it. I hate #killallmen feminism just as much as you do, probably more because it's a strawman for antifems to attack and use to claim that all feminists hate men. It's annoying to deal with the stereotype that feminists hate men and want them to die. Think of it like the KKK and republicans. Yes the KKK votes red but that doesn't mean you a republican support or…

So you recognize and acknowledge both sets of gender expectations are toxic and should be abolished. I'm glad we agree then.

Is this a parody sub? Someone please tell me this whole subreddit is a huge joke so I can stop wasting my time interacting here. I'm a guy and I have an emotional reaction when other adults raise their voices at me because I raised in a household where my parents had anger issues due to the way they were raised. Maybe since I'm a guy you'll take me seriously, but I empathize a lot with anyone that feels on edge when someone raises their voice at them. This isn't talking about men raising their v…

Perhaps if you read the comments in the original post you would realize what they were talking about. I'm tired of this subreddit strawmanning every feminist post.

It's really funny when antifems blame the reduction of marriage on feminism because they are right.

Yes, life sucked for 99.99% of the population for 99.9% of human history, that doesn't mean that women didn't still have it worse than men, or that men weren't the ones in charge. Yes life sucked for the common man, but it was still worse for the common woman. Men historically have held most of the power in European society (not distributed equally among them). I challenge you to disprove either of those points. I'm going to once again reiterate, there are many toxic misandrist groups within the…

You do understand the differences between those two examples right? Recognizing that women have been treated like shit for 99.9% of history and men held all the power through the ages is literal objective fact. Believing otherwise is insane conspiracy nonsense more intense than holocaust denial. Like you need to have a low IQ to believe the holocaust is a hoax, but you need to be literally braindead to believe that european history was matriarchial. Is your argument really that history itself is…

I think it is? When do you think sexism magically vanished? Tell me the exact year. Did it magically go away when women were given the right to vote? Own property, hold jobs? When did America become perfectly egalitarian? Tell me.

Do you deny that men historically and present hold more power than women? Do you think the sky is yellow?

Once again, I do not deny that many misandrists self identify as feminists, but I and other feminists hate them as much as you do. And no, I do not compare all men to Elliot Rodger, because once again, I am not a misandrist. And no, these types of feminists do not "spearhead" the modern feminist movement.

It's really annoying to live in the age of the internet because real life straw men exist everywhere, so you have to explain for a hundred times, no, these straw men do not represent the average real life feminist and their views do not reflect the real views of reali feminists.

Being married doesn't give you an excuse to be a raging sexist. I feel sorry for your wife. Most anti-feminists at least pretend not to be sexist, it's kind of refreshing to see one who's honest that he hates women. Fine I'll play your game. Show me the credible studies that show men have more emotional maturity than women, or are your opinions based in feelings instead of facts?

Why does it not surprise me you're a sexist. Like a blatant, not even trying to hide it sexist. Go back to the 1950s, incel.

Did this dude seriously forget about monogamous committed relationships? If you save intimacy for a single committed partner the chance of being accused of rape is dramatically less. Do you think we should stop striving to catch rapists? Do you think we should ignore sexual assault and harassment? I think every rapist should be afraid whenever they consider assaulting a woman (or man). Tell me, what do you think the ratio of false rape accusations to genuine rape accusations is? At what point is…

I'd say as a general rule don't hook up with girls that will accuse you of rape. Honestly dont hook up with people at all. It says something that you're more concerned with the small number of men who get falsely accused of rape then the thousands of woman who get raped and never get the justice they deserve.

My favorite part about this subreddit is how they can complain about any statement made by r/feminism even when the point is good. As a man, I don't have any trouble keeping my hands to myself, do you?

I love how FSW nitpicks every feminist point even when it actually makes sense. A lot of teen virgins watching porn don't realize that it's nothing at all like real sex and it creates false expectations and ideas. Its perfectly accurate to state normal sex doesn't make good porn but that doesn't change the fact that porn isn't realistic.

If you want to learn more about my beliefs then message me and I can discuss them with you. I can promise you a civil discussion if you are willing. But it's expressly forbidden to have religious debates in the subreddit. I haven't had to ny heart to heart conversations about christianity with other (non LDS) Christians, and I'd be interested to hear your perspectives on the gospel.

You broke two rules in the same message. Rule 1 and Rule 3 But honestly I might not even count rule 3 because you don't seem to know enough about mormons to properly insult us. We don't worship Joseph Smith, or Mormon, for that matter. Our church name is "the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints", and we read the same Bible as you do. Talking about the Bible, Christ said be kind to each other. What are you doing?
