as long as you have clear communication and boundaries yes. i have a fwb on and off for three years in high school. we were great friends in marching band together, who would also get high and have sex. we always agreed no strings attached, no feelings involved, and as long as we were always honest with each other it was great! no one ever knew we were sleeping together.

it personally doesn’t bother me, probably due to how i was raised but my friends who don’t like it say that it still contains the word male and kind of says “ you can’t exist without me “ in some way that’s like? women need to be controlled by men and kept in line or something lol

make sure it’s in public! do something that’s really engaging, avoid movies or classy restaurants where you can’t really talk to each other. maybe if you guys are both 420 friendly a nice picnic in a park, pack some food and bring a blanket! try out an arcade or bowling. anything where you two can interact and be close to each other😊

i think because most of these relationships here involve a lot of grooming, when i went to public school and saw a 16 yo VS an 18 yo there’s a big big difference and it’s really easy for gullible young kids here to get taken advantage of idk
