Some people are just like that though. And to clarify, that’s about the only “happy” part about my life atm. Things have been getting progressively worse. I’m only 4 years younger than you and I don’t know you, but you shouldn’t say that. It really depends on the area and the culture of the people that you are around. Don’t ever feel like a burden for being friends or at least trying. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. You have a good weekend as well and stay positive.
I was fortunate enough to stay in close contact after high school with him. But he’s got 2 kids and it gets harder and harder to se him. I suggest just sticking by the people you genuinely like and care about. If they’re real friends, they will stay in your life. If it makes you feel any better, I’m 300+ miles away from any friends. I’m currently all alone and recently single in a town that I know nobody in. It’s hard to make friends especially right now.
