Compare Amy Schumer's Netflix special to Katherine Ryan's. They both got dirty with their content but Katherine Ryan was funny. And sure, 'funny' is subjective. But I laughed my ass off at Katherine Ryan and only cringed at Amy Schumer.

I found this incorporated into a service desk tool I recently evaluated. I cringed, but then thought about it. When I started my career we'd get a pat on the back for having high first level resolution rates, fast average speed of answer and handle time, etc. It's no different really.
