It sounds like his sleep patterns aren't great (I say while wide awake in the middle of the night, myself!). I'd check the usual things - reduce caffeine/ alcohol intake, don't eat too close to bedtime, exercise to tire him out, maybe some supplements like Melatonin. You could also verify he finds the bed comfy, and adjust if needed.

Usually a mix of dishwashing liquid and vinegar in a spray bottle. How often do you clean yours? I'm wondering if maybe I just need to start doing it more regularly (every 2 weeks currently).

I hate cleaning showers with a passion, it seems like there's no efficient way to get it done. Any one have good tips? I've even used a drill with a makeshift brush attached to help with soap scum, but it's still more work than I'd like.

Personally, there's three things I think that factor into good, juicy chicken: Age/Quality: it's very hard to save poor quality chicken, especially if you're just baking it in the oven. Marinade: Definitely experiment with different ones, premade or homemade. Something with acidity (lemon/vinegar) can soften the meat. Cooking time: Try not to overcook the meat. Use a meat thermometer, make the chicken pieces uniform in size. Especially if you plan to reheat the chicken. All that being said, chic…

I am currently in this situation, and think it's very doable. That being said, it might be because of our relationship dynamic. Like others have said, there are lots of ground rules/questions you'll want to address first: Is your SO interested in ONS or in actual relationships with others? If he's relationship-oriented, how will he balance lovers? Will you always be his 'primary,' or is it possible you'd share him in a 'V' with another person? Would you want to have another person in your 'famil…

Congrats! My dream is to one day go to a wedding where they play the "years married" song and be the last ones standing :D

I actually enjoy the "fluffy" parts of the story where we follow Angela. It displays the principles they're talking about in a different format, making it easier to understand, I think. You see quite a few "rp truths" from her perspective. For example, how her emotional responses change her reality. It's interesting how at the beginning, Ted sounds like this physically abusive guy who beat her up one day. Well, okay, they were arguing and he slapped her. But she was justified in yelling at him! …

I think that's why the assignments are in the order they are. By first focusing on your SO's good qualities, the hurtful ones seem less important. I also liked that it mentions remembering what you loved about him during your courtship days. You chose this man for a reason, you just have to remember. To be fair, I don't think I could say this spiel either, mostly because it sounds really unnatural, especially all of it at once. He would wonder if it was a weird joke (he doesn't know I'm reading …

Just finishing reading the first chapter. You're right; it's definitely cheesy, but I really enjoyed it! I think I may just read the whole thing, then re-read chapters as we get to them for book club (SFWBC?)

I think you are confusing attraction with deeper feelings of love. My SO does care about my hobbies and likes to have interesting conversations/go on adventures with me because he loves me. But how does that separate me from a friend? We are a couple because he is also attracted to me, and that attraction is what made us get together in the first place. By maintaining my health and continuing to be a good feminine partner, I am going to also maintain his attraction. The other wonderful parts of …

I cohabitated before marriage, and I think it was the right decision for us. I think the stress of trying to combine everything at once would have ruined the wedding. Yes, many things were"the same" after, but it was comforting to fall back into our life together, with the blissful bonus of saying "husband." Our lifestyles were also thoroughly vetted together, so no unpleasant surprises! That said, I do feel that people rush this part of the courtship, and often live together for fun and conveni…

This is my stance too. We did not quite wait until marriage, but I had already decided that on every other front we were fully compatible. Basically, we hit the point where marriage seemed more like a formality. Not easy to define, and somewhat different for everyone!

One thing I'd recommend is changing the focus from YOU to the person you're talking to. Ask questions and be genuinely interested in their answers (and respond to keep the convo going!). I find this brings out the enthusiasm in the other person and helps me feel closer to them, allowing me to be more open and relaxed.
