This is so nice 😊 I’m going to give you a little gratitude back and say that it’s the women like you on this subreddit that are teaching the younger or unmarried girls the right path and I’m endlessly grateful for your openness and continued willingness to learn and be better! Thank you for sharing and its awesome to see a success story — womanhood, true feminine womanhood, always works :-)

Really struggling with distancing myself from my boyfriend on accident today :/ I love him so much but i get so mad at myself that I don’t want to talk. Idk how to handle this emotionally— my mom is a super unfeminine woman so I can’t get advice from her and my friends love me so they only give me generic “you’re beautiful queen” Advice. Feeling so alone and the distance between me and my captain is only making things lonelier

I don’t need fat loss medication. I need binge eating disorder medication. As far as I understand there is no fat loss medication. I’ve been on a PPL routine for over a year now. It’s great and I’m not in the market to change that. Weightlifting is fun and awesome and it feels great to pick up something that’s 200lbs but it won’t make you skinny — that’s a diet issue. And my binging is ruining my diet, not my inability to track macros (?)

Wow you are so understanding I have no idea how you managed to express exactly what I’m feeling. I am very thankful for him. I really struggle with it because I want to be the best I can because he does a lot for me. I’ll definitely look into keto. I was avoiding it for a while bc dairy is not in my diet at all but I want to try it if it’ll help my binging. Thank you so much for your kind words and your understanding spirit. It really meant a lot to me today!

Thank you so much for this perspective! I definitely agree that it’s difficult to fight your primal brain. And so much of womanhood is about abstinence, restraint, and discipline that when you fail at not eating it feels like you failed at your life’s purpose. & my boyfriend is sweet, he doesn’t care whether I lose weight or not from what I can tell. I love him though and he does a lot for me so I feel a lot of pressure to lose weight bc that’s the only value I can really provide for him and his…

I pray and look to God often. Outside of that I do a lot of energy work (e.g. the universe guru on YouTube)

That’s true but a good appearance is what opens the door for you to experience all of that. Like someone has to be willing to marry you before you ever become a grandma, you know? LOL. I don’t have a lot of friends or really any social network at all, and I want to improve my appearance so that I can actually help people and support people by being there for them. I’ll definitely watch the IF video. I naturally do IF, on an ideal day I’ll have two meals. Normally before class around 10 and when …

I’ve already gone from 240 to 160, I know /how/ to lose weight. But my discipline has run out and binge eating is a disorder that often requires medical intervention and I’m ready to take it. I understand the power of limiting beliefs but right now my weight is drastically affecting my life in a way that medical support would be helpful. I have consistently been working out, eating no more than twice a day, etc for a very long time now. I just struggle a lot with binging. I apologize for being d…

Thank you for this advice! I’ve actually tried to implement a lot of it already. I weight training 6 days a week and recently added cardio post workout (1 mile 4 times a week, 2 miles twice a week and 3 on rest days) But the binge monster caught up to me and I can’t outrun it. Especially because I’m in the house all day (I don’t have a social life bc of my weight) so I get bored and end up binging before I even realize it, not even on junk food, on stuff like leftovers. I try to dress up most da…

What’s on the menuuu!!! Diet: high protein, working in more veg This week and next: chao ga, red curry, katsu curry, and pho Snacks: Dumpling soup, braised daikon Grocery list is at about 55 bucks rn and should last me for two and a half weeks. Each meal (I eat twice a day) is about 50g protein as well. I’ve been craving a chicken Cesar but I know my spending habits so that’ll probably be pre purchased, not homemade LOL.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
