To perform oral sex on a drunk person who repeatedly states they don't want sexual contact is sexual assault. So there are general rules to how you can prove a witness is lying. You can get them to contradict themselves on the stand, for instance. If there's a potential juror that believes no woman could possibly lie about rape, it's the defense attorney's job to make sure that person never makes the jury. There's absolutely no reason why an expert needs to come in to tell people there's a chance a witness might be lying. Will this scare rape victims from coming forward, a task that already takes a tremendous amount of courage? Perhaps more importantly, will it discourage false accusers from recanting? Part of it is there is no significant difference between a whites and blacks so equality is at least a hypothetically achievable goal. 1	Top 10 Anti-Male Court Rulings I'd like to see some data, research by an neutral academic source, or a law journal article. I'm sure women win more often, but how much more often I am unclear. In a truly gender equal court system, we should still expect women to win out more often out of the sheer fact that men are more likely to be abusive, heavy drug or alcohol users, or convicted criminals. A recent trend in some Michigan courts demonstrates recognition of this. . .some Michigan family court judges say they’ve been increasingly awarding shared parenting in custody cases involving low-income parents.
