In all seriousness, and this is totally anecdotal, the one deployment I was in that had females in my unit about half of them didn't go. Pregnant, emergency care of family, a sudden medical profile, you name it. Motherfuckers, I have kids. I had a wife at that time. I had fractured 3 vertebrae in my back the year prior.
