Knew a case where a dad recieved a past due child support order for thousands of dollars for a kid where the mom had cut off contact with the dad(Something she made a habit of doing with her kids dads if she didn't get what she wanted.) that he had never received the initial order. There reason for him not receiving the initial order was because they didn't have his address.. So they didn't have his address yet were still able mail him about the past due payments.. Yes multiple kids multiple dad…

Sad thing is for some these people they would consider this a reasonable response.

Ya stuff like that isn't so rock solid in the US. The right judge or lawyer and the women can get a prenup thrown out that doesn't give alimony or other things. Also same situation a guy can be held financially accountable for a kid who isn't even his. There even been cases where the guy was never in any kind of relationship with the women of any form and she just put his name on some papers and they try hold him accountable. Some sperm donors have even been gone after for support.

Well to be fair a man can be forced to pay child support for kids that aren't even his if the right situations are met. Not just in Utah either.

I'm confused. I thought in that religion the man was kind of the end all say all of everything in relationships and such?

More like she will shack up with somebody and get knocked up again. I've been through this personally.

We are happy to have reunited Kaylee with her loving biological mother. How in the hell do they consider the mother who signed away her kid that had a father who wanted them a loving mother?

Good rule of thumb. Unless you're very religious do not date the religious chick. It causes so much conflicts between what they want physically and personally vs what they think is expected of them because of the religion.

This reminds me of a collage girl I went out with who would literally one minute be jumping me and the next one breaking down crying because her catholic upbringing told her sex was wrong.

I swear, people have gone insane in this fucking world. Edit: watch these kind of classes eventually be made mandatory if they haven't already.

It says she is now borrowing money from the son. So guessing the son has at least made something of himself or gets money from dad.

Sad thing is the whole innocent until proven guilty doesn't seem to apply in peoples eyes as far as the opinion they make of the person accused.

We need more people like you in the world. My ex filed for child support over a year ago even though I have no idea where she is since she takes off with her kids whenever she doesn't get her way form the fathers. I was not contacted till almost a year later about it after all the court stuff was done. I was told they didn't have full address for me so didn't contact me but some how they manage to send me a letter saying I owe back pay almost a year later. So after talking to them and after bein…

Ya know, The things politicians seem to think they got the right to decide on for people based on their own personal beliefs has really gotten out of hand.

I'm currently on disability and my ex filed for child support after having taken off with kid without giving me any contact information because she didn't get her way with things while I was moving so had no clue where they were. So now I'm on less than a 1000 a month to live. funny thing is there is a separate amount that would cover CS actually giving around 3 times as much. But instead waiting for it to be set up they immediately started hitting me for CS after first telling me they wouldn't …

It is bullshit what some mothers pull to screw over the father. My Ex pulled something similar. We had been broken up for a long time well she had moved to another state and I ended up moving up their with her to help her out. Ended up living in the same house and she made it a living nightmare. So I finally moved out and when I went to give her my new info I find out she had taken off with the kid leaving me no contact information. Then after 2 years I receive a past due child support letter fo…

A large part of it s the mom projects their bitterness anger and hate at the kid specially if it is a boy that they have toward the father even if the father was a good person.

Ok I read this and had left site but had come back just to comment. Thinking about this truly made me sick to my stomach. That women had no business going anywhere near his kids let alone talking to them. If she works there should talked to the manager and if she is the manager should make a call to corporate. It almost sounded like someone who thought it would be funny to harass him just to try make him squirm and then sit back and laugh. Other wise she was just some complete nut case that who …

I think a lot of it is just wanting sanity restored to things and if calling for equal treatment then make them actually equal not just equal when it is convenient.

Didn't someone just post a article from a study about much greater rates of problems with kids with no dad around? I think part of it was a single dad tends be more reasonable when raising the kid and just focuses on that while a single mother tends to transfer their anger and bitterness onto the child that they have against the other parent and doing it alone.
