Yeah I actually didn’t mind the woman in the video requesting a fresh drink. It even sounded polite the way she claims she phrased it. If I were the guy, I would have loved the opportunity to take turn to the bartender and ask for “a fresh drink for the lady” and then enjoy the old marg myself. Everything after that part in the story was pretty unbearable. I don’t begrudge people for treating strangers like strangers. Your best friend could totally shock and betray you one day leaving you wonder…

Don’t be an immoral salesman. Only sell things that you believe in. Even just a little. Just focus on the positive features and that will go a long way.

r/oddlyspecific I think a walk in the park is the bees knees. Here’s my ideal. I take a girl for a walk in the park. We fall in love. I propose in the park. She says yes. I purchase some acres of the park and build a log cabin for us to raise up our children as gently as we please. The children are taught to be strong and kind. We don’t go into town much and avoid the temptations therein. My wife pursues whatever interests she pleases and I make it my passion to help her fulfill her dreams. Perh…

I agree with all of this except the walk in the park bit. Sometimes that can be a sign that a guy is financially responsible or prefers the outdoors to sitting in a movie theater. If it’s all the time it may indicate he can’t budget well. But I wouldn’t write someone off just because their first date ideas are cheap. Still, always be cautious.

I think that’s a good thing to want. Don’t ever change.

You can talk to your ex wife. Other than that, it’s what the above commenter says.

Can’t convince everyone else to switch over. It’s a glorified address book for me.

I probably won’t do that. I use it all the time as a messenger app to stay in touch with friends and family. Otherwise I probably would.

That sounds reasonable. Any suggestions for Facebook?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
