Exercise induces dopamine release but all of TRP will tell you to lift. Dopamine release in itself is not the problem. In the situation you describe, it will help you keep lifting and thus maintain a healthy habit. However getting the elevated dopamine response without having done anything worthy of biological motivation (i. e. improving your fitness) makes the animal in us lazy. Why struggle and suffer when you can take a hit of dopamine should you only desire? This shortcut is the problem. Eve…

One theory is the gay uncle effect; homosexual siblings are not interested in reproduction and are thus free to care for their family's children (not having any of their own) to maintain their family's common genes in the population. This kind of diminishes in human societies though. Not everyone wants to care for their family's kids and some gay couples adopt children on purpose.

I want to like the video because of how it describes the way Trump uses language to his benefit. I also want to dislike it because the creator is a liberal piece of trash. What do I do? You put ideological biases aside and value content solely on its merit. From what I understand, this is the custom around these parts.

With absolute internet censorship looming near will you simply go back to Blue Pill habits? Ignorance is a choice. There is no more "the internet", only "internets". There will always be change, there will always be adaptation.
