Been tracking all my food and supplements with my fitness pal for about a month now so I'm set, appreciate the heads up.

Definitely bro. Only problem i highly dislike the machines in the gym so it'll mainly be the free weights but progress is progress:)

This is gold, I'm 3 months into trp got a weekend job, started nofap, focused on studies and going to get that gym membership right now. Been doing calisthenics for a month, I'm getting stronger but not much size since I'm pretty slim. Thanks for the kick up the ass, weights will be a new and probably uncomfortable but that's the only path to greatness. Trp has to be the best discovery of my fucking life.

I've considered all possible factors including rent which narrowed it down to these 3 and i visited all 3 on open days. I figured Imperial College would be the better choice but due to the inflated rent and the tendency of London to be unsafe it seemed to slightly put me off. Thanks for the input
/r/askTRP08/01/20 05:45 AM

That makes a ton of sense, so based on my 3 choices of Warwick,Imperial College London and Leeds. Imperial College London seems like the most sensible choice based on what you said and it's ability to remain a top university.

Course: Computer science Uni no.1Warwick University Uni no.2 Imperial College London Uni no.3 Leeds University Rankings in CS are 3,5,6 respectively

They're all in the top 10 of universities in the country in the field of CS which is why it's so hard to decide. Therefore i've opted to potentially consider this gender ratio factor.
/r/askTRP07/01/20 10:26 PM
1

The gender ratio? I've considered all the other major options prior to this and narrowed it down to 3 which i all seem to like, just curious on the effect of which direction the gender is skewed will have on the uni environment. I'd consider it a terrible factor to consider if it was in even the top 20 factors but it's my last.

I'm doing CS so bot expecting women, i just want to know how the gender dynamic will affect the feel of the university having considered all other factors. The gender shit is my last and final check.
/r/askTRP07/01/20 10:21 PM
1

That's all already accounted for, they're all in the top 10 and are Russel group plus gold rated facilities. Just want advice on the environmental difference the gender ratios will have and whether or not it should be considered.
/r/askTRP07/01/20 10:19 PM
1

I've already considered all that previously and i've narrowed it down to these 3 which are within 4 spots of each other. They all have gold standard rating, in the top 10 universities in the country and are russel group just needed advice on whether or not this environmental difference would be favourable or unfavourable.

I've just started weighted pull ups and dips so should see some increase in mass, combined with 4k calories im just hoping it works.

Lifting is jerked I can see that but there's got to be some reason.
/r/askTRP29/11/19 01:07 PM

I think it varies from person to person.

Lmaoo i'm skinny 6'1 so yeah ill see a doctor and work around it, hopefully.

Got it brofessor.
/r/askTRP29/11/19 01:02 PM
2

I'd say that's very debatable, it varies from person to person and how much of a caloric surplus you're in. There are many 190+ pounds calisthenics athletes out there.
/r/askTRP29/11/19 10:51 AM
1

Fair point i already have all the calisthenics equipment i need at home so an additional spark of motivation is the urge to not waste it.

I had several sprains in both my wrists and my shoulders plus it was while i had a friend help me out who is a certified personal trainer. He suggested it had might have something to do with my physiology and told me to try strictly weights and no machines, yet to do that though.
/r/askTRP29/11/19 10:46 AM

I could go and lift in the gym but previous injuries have set me back before and i don't think it's a matter of blaming, and more about avoiding setbacks vs consistently being able to make progress with calisthenics with minimal injury.

I'm just trying to figure out how to go about certain shit tests that i encounter along the way, not going to force feed him the red pill. This however has been extremely eye opening thanks a lot.

Yea, i just think he is experiencing oneistis and probably doesn't like the idea of 'losing' her to a woman. Plus the idea of a threesome/foursome depends on the girls being bisexual themselves which this one isn't.

I was referring to the process of getting redpilled, and in the case of waiting to have regular sex im a 19 yr old virgin because of my poor decision making in the past.
/r/askTRP15/11/19 02:11 PM

So is it part of the process?

Works for me, thanks for the response.

This is awesome however i don't go to the gym due to having several injury experiences with weightlifting. I have transitioned well into calisthenics and was wondering if this would be applicable for it too?
