Not OP, but my local jurisdiction's policy is to not remove anybody without obvious signs of violence (bruising, blood, etc). Without these, nobody is removed, and if an individual wants to bring charges, they must go to the magistrate's office to bring them. It may go in front of a school judicial board, similar to how schools have been handling rape allegations, but would only be subject to the preponderance of evidence standard. 2	Yup TBH, the fair is a good comparison for some of NYC. When I was in, we had the standard physical fitness test of 1.5 mile run, push-ups, and sit-ups. The times/numbers were different for women than men, but that can be and was/is attributed to differences in physiology and muscle mass. The problem I did have was the second fitness test. Like I said, if you're getting the test to begin with, it means you have enough suspicion to justify paying for the test. 4	A little knowledge I'd like to pass on... I don't think we had DNA samples on file, but it's an easy enough thing to get. A cheek swab literally takes seconds. My personal opinion is that it should be done in every case, military or not. It costs almost nothing if you have the equipment, and protects a lot of people. It should be part of the hospital fees and whatnot...there's never a question for the mother, so why shouldn't the father have the same piece of mind?
