Lol no, the amount of women who identify as bi/pan or bi-curious mentally but can't actually get their brain into sex mode with a real life woman in a real life scenario is very high. The majority of women are only looking at males both for serious relationships and hookups - and it's just because statistically most people are straight... You might not hear about it as much but plenty of drunk college girls never make out with other women, there is a difference between what people talk about & a…

Just a thought but "quick to sex behavior" has been so normalized nowadays (especially in regards to men who are considered by women to be highly attractive) that a lot of men have received disinterest and criticism from women when they're not like that. A lot of women find it weird and a turnoff when guys don't show their lustful side quickly, even though a lot of women would consider that a good thing. Decide for yourself if you actually like him, don't let yourself be pressured into anything …

Look deeper. Don't listen to women on this topic because they only think they know the truth. The truth is that modern society grooms most boys into becoming men who are unattractive to women to the core. And no, I'm not talking about looks.

That's the big question

Dating apps aren't reflective of real life because a significant % of women, especially more introverted women, don't use them, or if they do, they don't stay on them very long. I know some adult women who've never been in a relationship and they still don't use dating apps. A lot of women don't use them. Perhaps a substantial chunk of the single women population.

I think this is actually true for most women, or else more women would be dating their guy friends. I think the minority of women who do prefer friends-first relationships are usually more afraid of normal dating and tend to have guy friends who they already find charming and somewhat attractive.

It should become extremely commonplace for people to set up their single friends with other single friends on dates. That's how dating worked as recently as 15 years ago. How many great loves are being missed out on because people are afraid to make their social relationships awkward.

Thanks for all the advice, man. Very thorough.

She probably likes you but is afraid to show it. Your main objective is to not feel offended by her no matter what she does, as what she most likely wants is for you to tease her. Girls who flirt this way can come off as mean but they're not being serious and will get turned off if you take it seriously. You might want to say something like "I know I'm cute but you don't have to keep staring at me"

I think men can sometimes be more attracted to women who treat them badly, but for women I think they're just really sexually turned off by pedestalizing, so anything that doesn't pedestalize them will be wanted even if they say otherwise

This whole "women want True Nice Guys" thing has always been the incorrect solution to the Nice Guy problem, and that's why it doesn't work. The problem isn't that some nice guys are only being nice to get something out of it, it's literally just that most nice guys don't know how to be sexy. They don't know how to be sexually attractive to women. Because most nice guys don't have any of the positive masculine behavioral traits that women find sexually attractive. End of story.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/21 03:44 AM

Not a bad thing, but it's funny that people think they will provide data that lets you know whether or not someone is a cheater. It's about crimes and restraining orders. I doubt they will even tell you if someone is legally married. So you definitely won't be able to see that someone cheated on their last 3 partners who they weren't even married to.

Some. Not most. As men we can't change the fact that most women don't want a man who is submissive.

Then your opinion is in the minority because you're a woman with dom tendencies. If there weren't a lot of women shaming men for asking consent to kiss because it's "unattractive", more men would be asking consent to kiss.

The discourse on this topic needs to die already if everyone is going to keep getting it wrong. It all comes down to the fact that nice guy behavior is not sexually attractive, and nice guys tend to also lack personality traits that women find sexually attractive. And they don't know how to behave in a sexually attractive way with women. Every other diagnosis of Nice Guys misses the mark. It's not because they're "manipulative". It's not because they think they're good guys. It's not because "wo…

No one wants to accept that fully grown adults are nearly impossible to fundamentally change personality-wise. IE: Not life partner material, almost always will remain that way forever. But since everyone only cares about their own dating pool and not what people like them in the future might have to deal with, no one cares about trying to help make things better for the next generation, the youth. As in: no one is teaching today's boys to be better, no one is teaching today's girls to be less l…

This. Silly to assume hookup culture is any less prevalent than it was 5 years ago.

It seems backwards but the pandemic actually did a lot to strengthen hookup culture. Traditional courtship seems impossible in this climate, but not hookups. Even in cities where most people are pro-staying-home, a LOT of people have been partaking in casual hookups. Hookup culture is not going anywhere. More women choosing to be volcel as a response to hookup culture is unfortunately not enough to get rid of it. It would have to be a significant majority.

Yeah, I think you're right. You can't help people who don't wanna be helped. Better to worry about yourself and your own relationships.

I don't care what guys do with their money, I was definitely more concerned about how simps affect the dating pool in a negative way. However, after reading the other comments here, I've definitely come around on the idea that you can't stop other people from choosing to behave in such a way that effectively removes them from the dating pool - it's not your problem to worry about.

This. I think a lot of men also interpret societal messaging & hardcore feminist rants as proof that all women don't want men to approach them, but the simple truth is a lot of women wish a good, sober man would approach them.

This is the fault of our society's push that masculinity is wrong / not ideal. Blame progressive movements and all the parents who decided to not teach their boys any masculine ideals.

BTW, if you think hypergamy IS the culprit, and "men willing to commit" has only been decreasing because hypergamy is increasing, that's fine. That seems like it might make logical sense?

I think guys falsely equate things like "few matches on Tinder" with "no woman in the real world would ever not find you disgusting" and they're also afraid to try to get better at socializing with women. For what it's worth, I'm a man, I'm just speaking from what I've observed and experienced.

Are you seriously suggesting that people can't learn to present themselves in a more sexually favorable light? If we can learn better social skills in general, we can learn better social skills with women. Yes, there will always be women who only want the "true Chad"s. But attracting women is largely a learnable skill. For what it's worth, I am a man, and this has slowly but surely proven true for me.

Both sides of this argument are flawed. I am around people a lot and I rarely see unattractive/average people be mistreated for their looks. I'm not saying it doesn't happen - it happens, but not NEARLY as much as either of these dual posts are claiming. Most people do not go around feeling hatred for ugly people, they have "better" reasons to hate people.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
