I'm strating to think you have high grade autism here to not understand that i apologies because i was wrong but i my defence in FRENCH the word "truth" = "vérité" . And in french "vérité" can be the "truth" and the judgement of the truth at the same times . I'm not a native speaker.

Imagine you are Copernicus , you know earth turn around the sun , but nobody else in the world know it . Their truth is that the sun orbit the earth . Your truth that you know to be the one is the opposite. But maybe truth don't have the same meaning in English . In french you can have individual truth. A&A works well if there is attraction first , if not you may be treated like a smartass or for somebody who always want to be right. The principal advantage is that it put you in a State of mind where you bounce of the bad stuff, therefore gaining self-confidence.
