Im black. Dont plan to become a white supremacist anytime soon. Will keep fighting for black fathers to have custody of their sons.

I am a black man and not once have I felt like this sub is racist or has anything to do with white supremacy. Im tired of young black men and women growing up without fathers and with mothers who waste child support on frivilous things. I missed out on growing up with a masculine mentor and have had to work hard at forming a masculine identity.

Yeah. I appreciate the response and I do understand the legal system operates from the medical model, I just believe it to be wholly inadequate as it is based on the faulty assumption of linear causality in relationships. No one can make anyone feel anything. In relationships, a does not cause b, but rather a and b happen simultaneously and each piece of behavior is both a statement and invokation for another behavior. Im not surprised one would see patterns of that type of behavior. Its all in …

So I want to weigh in as a mental health practitioner, LMFT and LPC, from a different perspective. All of what you said makes sense, from the medical model of mental illness. This views mental illnesses as disease, it divorces individuals from their context, and tries to take an "objective" viewpoint about people and their behaviors. Problem is, there is no such thing as objectivity when it comes to human behavior. The way you view and label someone is inextricably linked to the way you view and…

"Even if someone says the word "yes" even if they say " I want to ride you all night long, they may not be giving consent" "The only way to know is to communicate" A classic catch-22

This is true. She always seems so uptight and everything is a crisis. I was telling my wife about it and she said that it wasn't because I had an attitude it was because "You put that bullshit back on her and she didn't know how to respond".

sure to tell them she is the reason you're quitting and made you very uncomfortable and that she is unprofessional. Yeah, I am applying for a job within the state, but should I really let them know that? It is a private substance abuse clinic. Do I put it in my notice or what?

I just want to make sure I am not playing the victim here. I really feel like she is purposefully riding my ass. She is extremely condescending and counseling/therapy is a traditionally female oriented field.

Men kill men. Women also kill women. Men seriously injure men. Women also seriously injure women Men rape men. Women also rape women Men tell other men to "man up". Women tell other women to "stop being a bitch" Why are these issues never discussed? That isn't the primary purpose of this sub. Why is everything about women? That is the question we are trying to answer. Do you hate women more than you love each other? Nope, happily married. Last I checked men kill each other every day without ques…

When you go to lay down tonight, I want you to force yourself to stay awake. If you go to bed and should find yourself drifting to sleep, you must fight this urge. I believe there is something your body wants to tell you, but because you are focusing on trying to sleep you are missing out on it. Lay in bed If you are not sleep within 15 minutes, get up and do some strenuous activity around the house (I recommend scrubbing floors with a toothbrush and making sure to get every inch) No matter how …

Not only did he delete his profile, but he made sure to go back and delete every one of his comments. I have an idea of what his wife cheated on him for. Look at the way he behaves. He victim puked all over the internet. I wonder how many arguments they had where he went to her friends and family and told them about it? I wonder how many times he criticized and berated her for not be sexually available and then told others about it? I wonder how many times he did this and then said I'm sorry it …

Do you think you had anything to do, at all, with your wife cheating on you? Honestly, forget redpill, bluepill, and any pill in between. Do you think any of this is your fault?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
