Anytime someone resists arrest that results in a fight or wrestling match there's a chance the suspect could get the cops gun and shoot them. Arguably, it's always safer to use the taser thereby eliminating the wrestling match. What else are they supposed to do just let him/ her go? I know they had seen animatronic T-rex head for the flipped over Explorer scene but I didn't realize that much of it was CGI. Some of the CGI they use today looks amazing but they use it too much especially in the superhero type movies.
