Feminists don’t hate men? We hate it when men use masculinity as an excuse to be harmful to others. You can still be a manly man. If that’s what you want, then I encourage you to do so. I believe everyone should be able to express themselves, how they wish, and we shouldn’t be mean or hurtful to them for doing so.

Of course my number one advice would be to seek a therapist, that can help you deal with these emotions. I understand that for whatever reasons you may not want to get a therapist, which is fine, totally understandable. Some other things that might help are maybe expressing your frustration through art, or doing other calming activities such as exercise or meditation. Maybe pick up a nice hobby that you enjoy and focus on that in your free time
