Again, it is not a felony, and most employers do not care about misdemeanors. She will not have any rights stripped away, except for while imprisoned and on probation/parole. We should argue the male teacher deserves probation like she will most likely receive. Also in a case like this where one person is in a position of authority, like a teacher, why not give them probation and yank their teaching license.
