Oh no, I wasn't specifically commenting to or about your friends situation. I was just kindof putting that info out there. I didn't know about the law or the fact that teens can be charged for their own shit until recently; and thought that that fact is a miscarriage of justice that more people should be aware of for their own protection. Your friend shouldn't get in trouble for jack shit, but that woman, needs to definitley be reported and have some type of consequence.

Exactly. And on top of that, no matter how meticulously he has documented her abuse on him....at that point? They're just food for the paper shredder, because they'll be seen as an attempt to lobby another abuse on her, as a revenge for having him arrested, and likely, will do more harm to his case in the end. Idk, but, I frequently accuse my own damn self of cuntplaining when I know I'm being a whinesack because hormones. My actual irl complaints, I try to keep fair reasonable valid and open to compromise, or even having to just be accepting that I might not like something and that's just tough cookies, kid.
