3	Seducing with herpes overkill on the Valtrex. Really? That is how I was told to take it. I'll do some more research, docs don't always know everything. I'm about ready for a refill too, so I'll hit up my doc again for more info. The lysine is arguable I know, it's theory and not tested, but it's cheap, it seems to help, and it doesn't seem to hurt. Besides, nobody would ever have a clinical trial for something with no profit margin like an amino acid.
