Whilst true it's not that simple. Processed foods tend to be dramatically more calorie dense which means it's much easier to over-consume them and thus eat in a caloric surplus. it's still refined sugar and the nutritional content of most cereals is a joke, very poor bioavailability as it's just "enriched & bleached wheat flour" with some vitamins sprayed on. I respectfully disagree. Any frozen prepared meal is highly processed (largely devoid of fiber and nutrients) and should be limited if not completely avoided. Those are all great exercises and often overlooked by huge gym guys. I recommend doing pistols (single leg body weight squat) too, great combination of using leg/core strength but also flexibility and concentration.
