Why not both? The government explosion (fueled by both major political parties) led to sweeping social experiments that eroded the traditional foundations of our nation, alongside crony corporatism (again, fueled by both groups of morons) pushing down wages and artificially jacking up competition for wages by both offshoring blue collar work and changing our immigration system to import the unskilled labor of the world (legal and otherwise). Politics as a team sport is only blinding people to th…

Second the BJJ point. My oldest has been coming to class with me since she was 2, and now I'm assistant instructor to her class. It's great for bonding and instilling the importance of physical fitness. Learn to make stuff while he's sleeping. Simple woodworking, metalworking, 3D printing, whatever. Turn that into a side business.

You guys are reading too deep into it. If you do stuff while her feefees are tweaked that you would do anyways (while having and being fun), you're good. This includes taking pictures. It's not rocket science.

Your wife doesn’t love you. She’s disgusted at how heavy you’ve gotten and she views you with judging eyes that say, “Why are you so fucking stupid?” You know she’s right; you are fat, you’ve stopped having a passion for anything in life, and you’re just too fucking tired to try anymore. That's me. I used to be very physically active (running, lifting, biking, etc.), but have gotten fat and complacent. I was a fat kid growing up that worked hard to lose it in high school. I dieted, worked hard, …

Red knighting is potentially dangerous, especially when it's where you make your money. That said, if you're relatively certain he'd respond positively to it (not just that it'd help him live a better life) and don't mind the risk, it might bring you guys closer and be good for your journey as well. Full disclosure: I've talked to the guys about RP, two of which reacted positively and made moves in their lives. The third and I don't talk anymore because I'm apparently a "misogynistic abuser" of …

My situation ain't special. Had great gains in RP, then rested on my laurels. Proceeded to hold on to what I've earned by will alone as my host backslid to shit. This week • diet - sucked half the time out of a desire for convenience. I work 10-14 hours per day and failed to meal prep to compensate. I've already put together a list of what I need to prep before going back to work after the holiday, as well as non shit food between now and then. • alcohol - not an issue, as I rarely drink • worko…

Long story short, me and this chick at work have flirted for like the past 4 months. We decided on an affair and fooled around one time 3 months ago, no sex. She is married too. This is the first time I have done this. Swallowed the red pill 3 months ago... Let me just stop you there. You haven't swallowed anything but your own bullshit. This is a powder keg, and is gonna blow up in your face. Enjoy, faggot.

Comfort tests (if I understand what I've read/experienced correctly) tend to be more I statements, whereas shit tests tend to be more you statements. On that note you have to think about how she said it. If she was kinda whiny or shitty about it vs if she was more concerned or disappointed, for instance (obviously these not being the only possibilities). In short, good question.

As my ego has subsided, both books changed in meaning. (Not that my ego has died) I am on my 3rd reading of WISNIFG at this time. I am finding many things that I missed, misunderstood, or mis-implemented. Worth the effort. Awesome. I've heard that we are our own harshest critic, but I've found that -at least in my case- outs easier to turn a blind eye to problems and their causes than to be critical of the self and root them out.

I've read that here before, and after I've married some more I intend to. Right now I'm working my way through stoic texts, trying to become more OI and really internalize some of the core concepts.

When I first read NMMNG & WISNIFG I honestly didn't understand everything the authors were getting at, and had a habit of going beyond assertiveness and shooting straight into aggressiveness. Can you give us some examples of what you mean. Going overboard in pursuing my needs/wants, being an asshole to those around me that challenged my efforts to break out of that beta shell, acting irrationally and sometimes with hostility toward those I perceived as trying to control or manipulate me (male or…

Good points except for the end. She didn't say he told her "herp derp you're not a big titted Latina, so no." He said he didn't want a relationship with her. It's more likely she knew his preferences beforehand and assumes this is why he won't commit.

You're missing the part where this is all her side of the story, and she's almost guaranteed to have made things look better for her side. There's nothing wrong with her catching feelz, except that wasn't the arrangement. When they werent reciprocated she went all hellfire and damnation on his character, appearance, etc. As many have said here, this self professed 7 would never in reality go after some aspie "5 on a good day" for a FWB. This story is so slanted by what the "woman" is saying that we can't really learn anything useful from this post. Women don't generally sleep with short incel 5s. In fact, most women wouldn't even know what incel mean unless they themselves spend A LOT of time on the internet. This post is an insight into the average vapid young female psyche, as far as I can see. Sure, it seems ridiculous, but in this world of third wave feminism screwing things up everywhere I believe it's possible. And if it'…

Hall pass is a waste of time for you. Your relationship is effectively over, and you're just the bb she wants to keep around, as far as she's concerned. The hall pass will negate the passive dread she feels from having CHEATED on you. Don't kid yourself that a break gives her carte blanche to jump on any dick that passes by, like they said in the other thread "This ain't friends." Have some self respect and focus on yourself and your kids. Separate your money, banish her from the bedroom, and st…

Try trade school evening classes. Stop making excuses, stop whining, get up early and work your ass off. I worked 40-70 hours a week and out myself through university to a master's degree over 9 years. If my sorry ass can do it, anyone can.
