| 1 | "Why Does He Do That?" by Lundy Bancroft has a whole section describing the abuse tactics of softbois (Mr. Sensitive in the book)I'm listening to that right now and realizing how abusive my ex was in so many ways. He fit the description of many of the types of abusers, the softboi being one of them.
