1	How the fuck do I learn to dance? What the fuck? All skills are learned. Sure, maybe some people are somewhat quicker at picking things up, but the number one prognostic indicator for mastery of a skill is time. It happens that "naturals" are usually quite passionate about their art, sport, instrument, etc, and thus have spent a lot of time on it. Do you have any examples of "natural ability"? 1	Can true charisma be learned? Singing is actually a pretty bad example here... if you can talk fine and aren't neurologically tone deaf, it's absolutely a trainable skill. Sure, odds are you won't be Adele, but you can still sing pop songs pretty well if you put in a lot of work. I question what you mean by "natural singing abilities"; almost all professional singers had to put in an "overabundance" of work to have high quality voices. There are definitely "naturals" out there who, usually through some confluence of factors as they were developing (ie a very charismatic father, mother, role model, excellent family support, inadvertent practice, socioeconomic status, etc) became charismatic.
